I love IHOP but this wasn't a good. Food was ice cold. Server wasn't nice. When we told her that we couldn't eat it because it was so cold and hard, she asked if we were ready for the check. We waited about 15 minutes for our food and it still came out freezing. Not sure if there was a manager because no one would come out.

Our server was great (eye tat), attentive and polite. The food was awful. The poached egg was boiled solid. The chicken crape was rough. Still have a horrible taste in my mouth. Just a bad experience. 10:30 am Monday.

How is this the only store in the shopping center that did not have the parking lot treated and scraped being stuck for 20 mins is crazy. Do better

I believe my server was Terrance. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He made sure the food was good, and even came back to see if I wanted anything besides water because I forgot.
The food was phenomenal! I highly recommend the big steak omlette. I had the pancake batter mixture removed, and it was still amazing! Overall, this was the best experience I've ever had at an IHop.
P.s. Terrance needs a raise!

The one thing I get, ALL of the time has the blueberry compote now listed online as unavailable. Really? Why? When you get it back, I will be back.

Absolutely disgusting display of restaurant service. I went in to pick up a happy face kids meal for my child. When I entered the restaurant, I stood there for quite a while before I was even noticed by anybody. When I was finally noticed, the server asked for my pick-up name and went to the back. She came out a few minutes later and told the bus boy to go prepare my to go order while she talked on the phone. He went into the kitchen and came back out a few times before finally bringing my order to me. When I got home, I opened the container to find an overcooked, dry, and clumpy pancake with a small scatter of chocolate chips in the center that was laying over the top of flat and overcooked liquid eggs (not even scrambled or chopped up) and 2 ice cold turkey sausages. There was no whipped cream, no strawberries, no butter, no syrup, just 4 packets of ketchup. I am appalled at the service from this IHOP. You guys definitely need to do better. 0/5 stars.
