My husband and I stopped in for breakfast. One employee told me I'll be right with you.She walked by a second time with dishes,and still did not sit us.My husband and I left.We should not have to wait that long to be sitted,the dishes could have waited.She was rude.

I went here for veterans Day and they only had one meal available. I don't eat pancakes so I asked could I substitute the pancakes for hash browns and still get the eggs and bacon and orange juice. The manager said no so I left. Also apparently people can bring dogs in there so somebody brought the biggest dog I ever seen in there and all I can smell is the damn dog.

Slightly burned/very dry pancakes…when pancakes is part of your company name is wild. The rest of the food was cold too.There are plenty of breakfast spots right around here that aren’t going to be 17+ dollars a plate. Look elsewhere.

Decent food and great service a winning combination on a rough Sunday morning
Gnats flying around our table. There was a gnat in my daughter's hot chocolate and in the new York cheesecake pancakes. They made another order of pancakes. My daughter took 2 bites and a gnats flew into her pancakes. The manager discounted our bill but I will not go back there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Food was either burnt or undercooked, wait staff took over 15 minutes for water and coffee and French vanilla creamer and brought 3!! French toast tasted like burnt popcorn! NEVER GOT REFILLS, even though asked once we saw the waiter for a second ! Took another 15-20 to get BURNT FOOD!! Mind you it was NOT busy and all this while singing took place in the kitchen! We go to this location often and NONE of the staff are the same. Either management or the corporation needs to do something!! We WILL NOT BE BACK AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD!!
