We came in with a large teen group after a dance. We were greeted with kindness and prompt service. Tracey was the waiter for our big group and he was so helpful, kind, and really went the extra mile to make this after Prom experience great for our group of teens.

3 people went to dinner. Only 1 had a good plate. 1 ordered pancakes, 1 ordered a burger and fries, and 1 the salmon dinner. The salmon dinner was good temperature and tasted well. The pancakes were served cold and without butter after asking for extra butter when ordering. The burger had issues. Let's back up to the drinks before ordering food. 1 had water and 2 had soda. The water was almost dropped when placed on the table. 1 soda was asked to have extra ice but when the drink arrived even the waitress couldn't tell which one had extra ice so obviously it wasn't extra ice. Back to the burger issues. First time, waitress stated they accidentally put ihop sauce on it, do you want it remade and she asked the wrong person at the table making a confusing situation. The correct person asked for the burger to be remade. The cooks recooked the same burger patty wiping off the sauce but left the cheese on and that sauce was cooked into the original cheese causing burnt cheese that was ihop flavored and it was left to be burnt under a new slice of cheese to hide it. When biting into the burger, found the burnt cheese, caught the waitress to ask for another actual remake of the burger. We could hear the whining of the cooks in the back, which ultimately made the waitress double check with us on the remake because it would be 8 mins. Yes we want it remade. It took longer than the 8 mins. While we waited for that, a busser came by and took the syrup from the table while the person with pancakes still had 1 pancake to go. Once the burger arrived, we immediately asked for a to-go box for it after checking it for accuracy. 1 person asked a random employee for the name of the manager, this employee said he didn't know. The waitress brought our bill, somewhat excited to save us $2. The total bill was still $47. Most places would have offered to remove drinks for inconvenience or not charged for the burger meal comparing that person didn't even get to eat it at the table. Not this location/ihop. Good luck resolving any issues. It sounds like employees don't know who the manager is and the cooks aren't nice to waitresses. Not 1 employee seemed to care.

I dined-in here; I went with a friend (his decision) and it was pleasant (a good place to talk, while eating). Waitress was nice & cuteous, and provided assistance, when needed.

Each IHOP has a different level of service. I went to one good one and one not so good. The good one had everything perfect. The not so good one had a waitress who did not talk so I could understand her. She also said I could substitute one item and then did not substitute that item. There is a big difference between "can" and "can't". She was young and it might have been her first job, so I forgive her for the lack of communication, of course. My friend thought she had agreed to the substitution as well.

You definitely want to get Tracy as your server. He is amazing!.Kid-friendliness: The server was excellent with my children and all you have to do is tell him you're ordering. He remembers it.

I spoke with the manager of this restaurant after a bad experience and Angela went above and beyond to fix my issue and I am very grateful for it. She reached out to me personally and fixed my issues within 24 hours!!! I am very very glad places like this have management like this❤️

The food I got was cold, the server his name I believe starts with a T. He was rude. And he doesn't need to be a server so I will not come back to this location. Also the food tasted bad too.

If I could give more stars, I would. The manager, Angela, was wonderful after Door Dash never delivered my food. I genuinely thank Angela for her professionalism, being so helpful, and getting us our order right away. It is hard to get good customer service these days, and I genuinely appreciate Angela's help. I will contact the General Manager and tell them how excellent Angela was with this whole experience. I would have never placed this order if I had known that Door Dash was the delivery company. Just to let you know, they do use Door Dash, so be careful when using delivery.

The server messed up and put part of my daughter’s order mixed on my plate. Then charged me for the mistake, refusing to fix the ticket saying “ but did you eat it?” Umm yes, because it was on my plate with the rest of my food. AND not my mistake. There were gnats of some sort swarming around our food. One even landed in my daughter’s food. We were done then.

Terrible customer service all 3 times we Been there. And last time when I got biscuit and gravy the gravy didn't but cover half my biscuit. I've put more jelly on my biscuit. They said that's the serving size!! Worst IHOP I've ever been too. I only go our of convenience of my job.
