If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service, horrible food, 20+ minute waits for wrongly made orders. Attitude when informed order was wrong. Missing those nasty tacos too!! They fried all the cheese OUT OF the mozzarella cheese sticks. The lobby and tables dirty AND THE Drink machine was missing 75% of the selections when choosing your drink. Back undercooked !!

Then turned around and waited in drive thru for over 15 minutes for a to go order for my great aunt & uncle who are hospitalized with out even being acknowledged even though it was us and one other car!!

I like the food here, but I’ve been in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. There’s only four cars in the drive-woman on the speaker said she’d be with me in just a minute to take my order, but that was like 20 minutes ago. Completely ridiculous.

I'm genuinely baffled as to how this establishment remains open. The overall atmosphere feels uninviting, with outdated decor and a lack of maintenance evident throughout the premises. The customer service has been notably lacking, with staff appearing disinterested and overwhelmed. Additionally, the menu seems huge and all over the place. I’ve waited like 40 minutes before in this line, and it’s never been worth it. Despite saying they’re open 24 hours, I’ve pulled up late at night (with others in the line too) just to be told that they’re not serving after 20 minutes of sitting around.

Honestly? How are you open and why do people keep coming here.

We go out every other week to party, and we always stop to get tacos and all the at 2am the denied service they always said different excuses to not service we look true the window and they was siting on the tables doing nothing

Laughable service. Got my order wrong twice. 6 tacos (No cheese) and a large curly fry. I get home all tacos have cheese on them and no curly fries to be seen. When back waited in the lobby for 14 to 18 mins get home tacos have cheese on them again. I gave up at that point. Manager was also rude and Noone there clearly wanted to be there. 3 people mostly just standing around. Disappointing and the last time I go to this location and maybe Jake n the box all togather.

Dietary restrictions: I can't eat meat and cheese due to religious reasons. I could not eat any of the tacos

Very slow and terrible service. I ordered at 5:20 and they had my food at almost 6! I waited almost 40 minutes for the food. After picking up my order, I noticed I was missing things. I had to go several times to remind them what I was missing in my order, Terrible service.

Disappointed. Waited in the dinning room for 20 mins with 5 people ahead of me. None of us were acknowledged by staff. None of us told they’d be with us in a minute. Staff were only focusing on drive thru and completely ignoring dine in customers. Sad part was drive thru wasn’t even busy. Left to go to another location across town.

We are from Des Moines and heard about jack in the box. We have been sitting here for 21 mins now waiting for average food. The customer service is terrible and almost non exsistant. We will never come back here again.

We waited 40 minutes for 5 peoples meals at 7 pm paying 56.00. Then 20 minutes into the wait, im told the shake machine don't work. Given a cup for soda only to find out half of the soda options were not functioning. I'm sorry, but when you go all the way to Kansas.City for Jack in the box.And you go in to eat inside a restaurant.You expect better service and hot food, that is all present accounted for and correct, the first time , for 56 freaking dollars. You can keep your sour dough Jack!

I’ve never had such a disgustingly bad experience like this at a Jack in the box. I ordered a double bacon smash jack meal, payed 15 bucks which already insane for what I received. All the food was clearly made an hour or two ago. So these people in here have ZERO management, ZERO care for customer satisfaction and possibly ZERO care for cleanliness for all I know. I couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it all away. It was like they literally served me something out of the trash! Unreal if you ask me I mean some of us get off work late and this is our only option. Somebody needs to hire a manager to MANAGE what these people are giving their customers because somebody could get really sick or worse… won’t be returning.

Ordered through Doordash tonight. Asked for extra teriyaki sauce on my chicken teriyaki bowl and didn't receive ANY AT ALL so it was basically inedible. Also neglected to include the Churros we ordered too. Really disappointing!!

Slow employees purposely being slow to bog down the line - everything was slow and rude attitude - food is fine because it’s a chain and taste the same - but the employees need more training
