I went for the greasy crunchy tacos with the low price. I got what I was craving. The line was a little long but the wait had me thinking about leaving.At the end I am glad I went to get my greasy crunchy tacos ? ?

Went to order at the drive thur, as soon as I pull up was told they were doing the end of day reports so they wouldn’t be able to take any orders. Totally fine and told them I would wait for the reports to run and just let me know when I could order. Was then told I couldn’t wait in the drive thur due to their “ticket times”. They then stated I could wait by the lobby and they would give me a thumbs up and I could get back in line. Since there wasn’t anyone behind me, I asked why I couldn’t wait were I was and again was told about their ticket times. In the same breath I was told to just order thur the app so they didn’t have to wait on me. I didn’t need to use the app when I’m already at the restaurant talking to someone. The person in the drive thur then went screaming in the background “I can’t do it I can’t do it I’m trying to be nice I can’t do this” while I can hear every word. The “ manager” gets on and states I need to move because of their ticket times. After stated I will just wait, I was then told that I’m now kicked off the property and need to leave or the cops will be called and I will be arrested for trespassing. I asked for the corporate number and they didn’t know it. They also said since I had a phone I can just look it up myself unless I was to stupid to find it. As I was leaving I was told never to come back again. Just wow….. who talks to people like that?

Are you serious... ordered 14 tacos with EXTRA LETTUCE AND EXTRA SAUCE.. got the tacos with NO LETTUCE OR SAUCE ON THEM!! This was a delivery order and uber eats won't do anything. Rang the store's phone 4 times and they keep hanging up on me!!

Prestige Projects

People waiting several minutes at the speaker just to hear someone speak. People backing out of the drive-thru line one by one to avoid the mess. Honking at people in the line that couldn’t move because the service was so slow. Rude customer service when finally asked to order, I was one of the ignorant people that still waited since I was excited to try new menu items. Waited forever to get my food after waiting forever to order my food. No apology or thanks for my patience. Get down the road a ways and see they forgot part of my order. Tried to go inside to avoid the drive-thru but all doors were locked and not available to the public. Finally made my way back thru the line just to have them make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. After all that the curly fries were clearly sitting there in the same spot waiting for me…cold. Wow. I will never be back and I will be making sure to let everyone know to use a different restaurant. Pathetic.

Please just close this location already and put it out of its misery. It has almost never been fully staffed since it opened. Lobby is always closed "due to staffing issues". So when order thru the app for "convenience" to pick up inside, I still have to wait in the drive thru that is 12 cars deep. Can't drive away since I already paid. Honestly, it's infuriating. I enjoy the food more than the Taco Bell and McDonalds in the area but frankly it's not worth the hassle anymore

Pretty satisfied! I had never had Jack in the Box, and had to do a quick stop through the drive-thru. The burger and fries were awesome, as were the tiny tacos! I only gave 4 stars because they only offered avocado lime sauce or hot sauce for the tacos and no salsa or picante; also because I asked for a large water, hoping just for a fountain water, and was charged for a "Vitamin Water" 2 dollars, and it was still in a fountain cup with almost no ice ? I feel like it was still a fountain water.
