Jordan is one of the most hard working employees I've seen in the food industry. I'm a regular, and before I can even get into the building, he is already preparing my order for me. He remembers, and cares for the clients he serves, which isn't common in this industry.
The food is always good too, and the service is incredibly quick. By the time I'm done paying for my food, it's already on the counter for me.
I would highly recommend coming to this Jimmy John's in specific if you would like to receive the upmost respect, diligence, and customer service you have ever received.

Wish the employee would have had help as there was only one employee on staff when I left there were 5 people he was still trying to make orders and take orders for. Felt bad for him although he did do very well handling it all.
