Sunday morning 9:00am I walked inside no customers! Drive thru a few customers. I was greeted once I walked in the door. I waited patiently while the young Lady at the front counter packed a box of doughnuts. She then looked at me and I ask her are you ready for my order? I ordered 6 small donuts $14.65 total I was surprised at the price. I gave her $20 cash and said Merry Christmas have a nice day. I then drove home and tried the doughnuts, they were not fresh and hard and stale. I threw them away and will not return. Hindsight I should have read the reviews, mostly 1 Star..... I like the copy and paste response from the owner... They are getting used to 1 Star reviews

More like 2.5 🌟 I can't say i wa that impressed. As a whike K.K. is the standard for most. However, they were cold and uneven, also, hard. In fairness, giving them another shot is an option. Whenever they're hot, they're unbeatable.

I went to the drive-through one night and received by far the worst customer service ever they were completely out of everything and she didn’t even care to tell me what they had in stock just absolute snotty attitude as well. The next day I called in in the morning to see if they had the Charlie Brown holiday donuts, and once again just received absolute snotty attitude, like I was a major inconvenience to them.

7:35pm Saturday night, tried to get chocolate iced donut with sprinkles, said they dont have those. But then I ordered a chocolate iced and then did. So they were out of sprinkles? Nor did they have anything else on the menu besides glazed. But they had the donuts on display inside. Honestly Krispy Kreme is a joke. Go to daylight.

Stopped in spur-of-the-moment with the plan to give our baby's gender reveal envelope to an employee and ask them to put the corresponding colored donut in a closed box for our gender reveal surprise. Upon asking, the employee working the front asked her manager if they would be able to put colored creme filling inside the donut instead, which he approved. Not only did they add the creme filling to the donuts, they decorated the outside of them beautifully in white icing with golden sprinkles too, which was a surprise! They were so kind and excited to help us celebrate, and made our gender reveal so special!

They NEVER have any specialty donuts. This time the manager is yelling at everyone to NOT sell any Halloween donuts to people who are actually there, online orders only. Nice way to do business.
