I tired to order a 5 dollar meal and sub mayo and the girl that was speaking yelled at me that she couldn’t hear me and when I told her she was being rude she refused to give me her name and refused my order. When I came up to the speaker you could already tell she was annoyed. This was 12/11/24 at 1:45 am !

Ordered breakfast on the app and employee had me order in person and that the charge from app would reverse since they said store did not receive it. Instead got charged twice once from app and once from store and only received one meal.

This place is slow as dirt. They queue folks in the drive thru overflow spots even when the traffic/ordering is slow. It's as if they cannot handle a lot of orders at once. This has been the case since they've opened. Probably the management.

Placed an order on Ubereats around 3:00 AM. The advertised times Ubereats for dinner showed 5:00 PM to 3:59AM, for the whole week. They turned away the the driver stating that they were serving breakfest. This is definitely "crappy" customer service since it wasted my time.
