I have never had a to go order be correct. Always missing items. Last time it happened was August 15th around 2:45am. Just fix this simple issue please.

Literally , the worst mcdonald's I ever been to I give them specific instructions how to make the food And it never comes back, right? Save your money and time and do not come here.
This one always seems to have a wait; they have you park and they bring the food to your car in a few minutes. It's a McDonald's so it's pretty pricey for fast food.

We ordered through drive thru and asked for a moment while we looked over menu.
Once ready, we ordered: One McDouble, one mcchicken, a large fry, and two drinks.
The lady responded to our order “next window” before we could ask for Hot Mustard sauce.
We then got up to the window and asked for 1-2 hot mustard sauces and were told they were $0.27 each, which looking at McDonald’s revenue in 2024 ($26 billion), it’s ridiculous…

The service at this location is horrible there not nice, they take your order but they don’t give you receipt and they don’t give you all your food you just order for what you pay for it. If you want to go for a good place just check before going in because is not worth it that you spend your money when they are not treating you with a good service.you ask them if they can give you more sauce and they act that they can’t hear you this is rude. Drive through is a joke. Order is never provided at the window. Always asking people to wait at curbside (conveniently renamed as drive through)…
If I wanted curbside I would have selected curbside.

Ok, so a long time ago, an Asian woman use to work there, but transferred. She rocked this McDonalds like the back of her hand. Never had an ordered that was wrong!!!
This McDonalds SUCKS! I’m sorry, but I’m no-racial and I can speak English perfectly. If you are going to work in a customer service position at least…TRY.
Plus, there is one Mexican woman who does NOT smile, not happy, or seems she doesn’t even want to be working. Every time I go there they get something WRONG.
I hate using the kiosks, because when I don’t use a debit/credit card they get MAD. I’m sorry, I use both kinds of monies; cash and card. The stupid kiosks don’t give you the option to have your fries “well done,” and so I have to tell the employees all the time, and they get MAD again.
Also, if I want to pay extra for sauce or extra Oreo stuff in the McFlurry, and I ask nicely they don’t care. They don’t know how to communicate with each other. The woman asked me to wait 10 minutes for the apple pies, yah I waited for like 25 minutes. Like I said, this McDonalds sucks. They bad thing for me, it’s that it’s so close and of course, I’d rather stay with this McDonalds.
Thought I shouldn’t have to deal with crappy employees, I pay their checks! I even go inside to make sure my order is right, but they still fail. I would give their service actually a -3!!!

Got there about 10 after 2:00 paid my bill pulled up in line after another 15 minutes I got my tea I order then 20 minutes after that three cars left four cars were parked and I asked for my money back they gave me my money back but they didn't give me my money back for the drink so I had to go through and the manager had to give me my change. Why does McDonald's allow businesses like this to ruin their name? It's terrible, about one out of four times they've recooked the hamburgers cuz they're black and crunchy. You Need a completely new staff maybe the manager could stay no one else is worth it whoever is hiring these people needs to be fired.
