First of all, I have nothing but respect for the Pharmacist. I am unsure of his name but he was very helpful and answered my questions. No doubt a very nice man. My 1 star review is based on the very mixed results I had with my "compound" based medication that Georgetown Pharmacy filled. I had this script filled there twice, both without any results. I ended up calling here recently, explaining my situation to the pharmacist who then offered to mix up one dose of the medication and to update him as to the results. Here is what is upsetting about this, the single dose worked as where the other two very expensive vials did not. They definitely have a consistency issue at this Pharmacy with their compounding services. Sadly I cannot recommend them for their "compounding" services. I would suggest checking with other area pharmacies in this regard first to avoid losing money and becoming annoyed at the situation. I am unsure what exactly caused this but it was not on my end. They also refused to re-make the medication for me saying there was nothing wrong when there clearly was. They do not stand behind their services. That's for sure. An expensive lesson learned.

Okay First they were to make tuna flavored drops for my cat . They made chicken, so cat would not take them ($63.43 for one month) Then again suppose to be tuna. They gave me a 15 day sample of butternut, could not do tuna. $73.63. Always have to pay in advance. Cat did not like it. So then they gave me 30 day supply of capsules. I called to get my money back because pills for 30 days was $20 at the vet. He says "I said capsules would be okay (I NEVER said that) and "it's a compound, so no refunds" and "we gave you 60" it says on the label 30. So now I have to go show the old sob he is wrong AGAIN. So 3 times I did not get what I ordered AND was over charged. Do your self a favor and don't use this pharmacy. So now he says he filled the script as written which is another lie. The script was written for TUNA FLAVORED drops NOT capsules. Im letting my bank handle it He needs to retire.
