Drive thru employees who could barely articulate English managed to utter that they were out of steak; would not fulfill the order and refused to refund the order and said it had to be done online. Employees were incredibly rude and disrespectful, refused to give nacho cheese because they’re lazy and can’t be asked to do the bare minimum they’re paid to do. Will never visit this location again and i would encourage anyone to do the same. Abominable service, asinine employees 0/10

Been a long time customer of taco bell for quite sometime never had issues but your drive through girl had an attitude and messed up my crunch wrap not even worth the money I spent its was on October 29th at 10:27am I wasn't rude with her at all but apparently she doesn't care about doing customer service nor does the cook that made that crunch wrap it was the worst thing I've eaten even a can meal would've tasted better

The worst experience I ever had in my life.I will never, ever use Taco Bell again.You have to go through so many hopes.They screwed my order up.I called for delivery and cost me $52.And then they never delivered it and now I gotta set here and fight with them to get my money back now.I have to, they tell me.I have to call DoorDash.And they tell me, I have DoorDash as I have to call Taco Bell.I'm tired of the taco bell sucks

I really like Taco Bell but this one is really bad. I've sent food back to be remade, I've complained to the management and gotten coupons for free food as an apology, but there is never management there and the employees do a lousy job. Today I had chicken tacos and they obviously used old chicken that was dark, dry, and crunchy. Chicken is not supposed to be crunchy. It's frustrating.

I literally came in the door and I come here after church every Sunday nobody acknowledges me. I don’t want to use the kiosk. I want somebody to take my order the cook turnaround and looked at me. Somehow front line was in drive-through looked at me and nobody helped me so I just literally walked out just now and it is 1215 on Sunday. I am so irritated. I just wanted a burrito to get me till I got home and I live way north Kansas City. and this happens to Me when I come here almost every time and I think it’s ridiculous that nobody can least say hold on a minute give me a second nothing so I’m not pleased now I’m gonna have to drive off and be hungry all the way up north not happy
