Went through the drive through and order chips& cheese and a steak chalupa. I got my food and the chalupa was all over the bag not even properly wrapped. Lettuce, tomato, cheese, steak all over. I decided I’m going to open my cheese and there’s a hair in it. NEVER WILL I GO TO THIS PLACE

it is 03/08/25. Only kids behind the counter of the store with clearly no training. ordered 5 items & all of them.. incorrect. Asked for Light Sour Cream & Cheese & gave me extra. this location is not good, i wouldn’t come here for another year when you know there’s different employees. The short woman there tried her best to fix the order but whoever is in the kitchen needs to GO.

Every time I go here, I go to drive through. several times I have left because I sit in the drive-through with no one in front of me and sit and sit andsit waiting on someone to take my order. I finally became discussed and left the last time I went the order wasn't even correct. someone needs to tighten up in customer service and management

Stephanie is everything customer service should be about. Great employee and Taco Bell should hook her up because their resturant is way better with her in it.
They keep their doors locked during business hours and when you ask why their lobby is closed they just ignore you. I guess it's a drive through only location?

We’ve noticed Taco Bell quality has been improving overall, but this store is the BEST in the area for quality and service.
