We love Applebees and went there a couple times a week. Our go-to place. We were shocked to suddenly have them shut and gone in the space of a day. And not only ours in Mission, but everywhere we could reach. Come on, headquarters, you could have left us something!

My husband wanted to take me out to dinner for my birthday so we chose Applebee's because we liked the one on Shawnee Mission Parkway so we wanted to try this on on Johnson drive. We went in a side door and proceeded to sit at a table. The guy working at the bar did not greet us or anything. No one came to the table or told us we had to wait to be seated. We sat at the table for 10 minutes. Decided to just leave a go somewhere else.

Last time I ate at and will eat at Applebee's. Everything is way overpriced for what is served. This is the first restaurant I did a repeat visit, just to be disappointed in the increase of food and it wasn't like 1-2 dollars like other restaurants from inflation, it was like 3-4 for entrees, and extra for substitute, and even Tea price was hiked a dollar and served in a smaller glass. The restaurant was empty too, which is usually a little bit busier in the past. I'm gonna miss the Food.

I came here to eat for hoco , my chicken & broccoli Alfredo was dryer than my eczema. I am so disappointed, my bread was so dry. Moisten your food please?

asked hostess if they had 50 cent wings, on the outside of the menu btw. "u have to ask ur server that". food came out late wings were cold. asked a card holder for silverware for appetizer "oh just let ur server know". the poor server was working half the restaurant and getting no help from his peers. Will not return.

Eating Good Wanton Chicken Tacos ? and Ice Tea with Salmon Broccoli and Green Beans… Always a good meal in the neighborhood.
Food was okay, nervous about the cleanliness of the rest of the establishment. The tables were FILTHY. Highchair requested for baby had caked on food and was so sticky I had to use three baby wipes to get it close to acceptable.
Bathroom smelled of backed up sewage and was very dingy/ unclean.
Judging on the amount of people in the restaurant (10 maybe), the locals knew better than we did and chose somewhere else.
Kid-friendliness: Tables and chairs/highchairs were filthy.

Went for the All You Can Eat...the service was good but getting refills was slowwww...the portions were.very small. It was worth the price but could have ate more.... Atmosphere...needed a good cleaning...lighting is what you expect. Noise level was fine....

This locations hit or miss… seems like something’s always going on when we go to this location.. that aside, we got the all you can eat for 16 and after the first dish, they were already out of shrimp? Other than that, the regular entrees always hit
The servers were awesome, the food was the worst thing I've ever tasted. Tasted like I was eating wet cardboard. No hate to the chef tonight, the blame goes to Applebee's as a corporation.
