The staff is extremely rude. Food order wasnt right. Sandwiches were sloppily put together and tossed in the bag haphazardly. This visit was a great reminder of how much Arbys has gone down hill.

Great meal at this Arby's location today. I always get great service and food at this location. The buns on my classic beef & cheddar sandwiches were so soft and delicious. Everything was so clean and tidy including the restroom.

How do you order a meal ask me for the size and drink but then ring it up not as a meal and put no fries….
Went in the dining room just to eat a sandwich. The woman taking my order didn't greet me or make eye contact. Sat down in the dining room and the speakers in the ceiling are making a very loud hum. I think they're short handed.

Went through the drive through. Very friendly only the one on Johnson drive. The Arby's off west 87th Street o.p.ks., rude female at the counter. (Manager?) Not a people person only nice to certain people.
