Cannot get ahold of them by phone went drive thru around 3 :45pm today got 4 classic and a Reuben no Reuben in the e bag! $7.59 3/28/24 coming by tomorrow 3/29/24 to get it as I live to far to come back! ?

AVOID THIS LOCATION! The manager, Shelly I believe (the fat one), is horrible to deal with and very rude. Not sure how she has kept her job with how this place operates. They never get my order correct and it takes forever even in the drive through. It's like they had a hiring event at the special olympics with the people that they have working here. You are better off going across town to another location if you want Arby's...

I was in the drive-through, so atmosphere is about what? How many bushes are around the building? I consider Arby's food to be one of the few fast food places I will go. The reason I only gave "service" 2 stars is because I was not given the sandwich I ordered. I did not discover this until about 9 pm. I was not going back out of my house to get a replacement. I ate it. It was acceptable, but that left me still wanting a turkey club, which is what I went there for.

Went through the drive-thru and paid with a credit card and got the order to go. They screwed the order up and I called asking for a refund for the sandwich and they said it was not possible to do over the phone I had to come down to the store. When I get to the store the extremely rude fat lady manager said she didn't need my card to refund the purchase so she completely by telling me I had to come down to the store to get a refund. So I threw all the food back in the bag and went down to the store to get a refund and she refused and said she would only give me a refund for the sandwich that was given to me in error. On top of that I asked if it was a corporate store or a franchise and she said it was a corporate store but did not have their number. I called Arby's corporate and she lied and it is a franchise store and just didn't want to give me the owner's number so I couldn't complain to him about her behavior. She should in no way be a manager of anything with her attitude and personality. Then laughably she said I was not allowed back in the store, it's not like I was planning to go back to that place again anyway. Avoid this locations at all costs. When we called corporate they immediately gave us a refund over the phone using the number of our receipt the same thing the manager could have done.

AVOID THIS LOCATION.I went here 3 times for lunch over a period of a few weeks, and they didn’t have any roast beef. At *Arby’s*! There was no sign on the drive thru, and I had to sit for 10 minutes before being told this.And other times I’ve been here, they leave something out of my order half the time

I love the food but the service is the worst.I understand it's hard to find employees but the staff they have are worthless and untrained.I have a feeling that the owner/manager does the most work because they do not train.

Pretty ridiculous. I don't usually write any reviews of places at all but this one kinda just appalled me. Pretty normal order, everything was right and no issues- But the drive thru person was so weirdly rude and stand-offish for zero reason. I know food service can be rough, so I do my best to be polite with pleases and thank yous, but everything I said was met with eye rolls, shaking heads, or blank staring like I'm some kind of idiot for trying to be nice. If you want Arby's, it certainly is one. If you want anyone with the bare minimum of acceptable employee attitude, I'd suggest you keep driving.

The service was terrible. They missed my order and when I went back in to get it disagreed with the receipt. They need to look back into hiring better
