The food was very fresh and delicious. Honestly, I would love to go back to Burger King, as the experience was very good. Also, the person who served me was very friendly; I asked for her name and she said it was Cristel. She's a very attentive, polite young woman with an excellent service attitude.

The staff is rude. We wanted to dinner in but the lady said the lobby close at 8:30, we ask for fresh fries and they just put the old fries in the fryer and they got upset because we told them we don't don't wanted those fries and the guy and the two ladies were talking about us

Recently I’ve been to this location twice now in the same week. I had ordered a Hershey pie and after I paid and was waiting on my food. I could hear the employees talking about how they were out of pie. They didn’t tell me directly or offer me compensation for the pie I paid for. Tonight I ordered a combo and they forgot my sauce and my drink.

2 days in a row I put in a mobile order for no one to be at the store. 2nd day a worker pulled up and I asked if she was open and she was like no. Asked about mobile order. She told me it was my problem not hers. Won't be back

BEWARE IF YOU PAY CASH!!!! Just picked up $5 special not given receipt but she said 5.49. I gave her $6. Gave me a penny I called her out she rolled her eyes and gave me 2 quarters asked for penny back.?????? Woman had several arm tattoos, ( no problem on tattoos)

Where's customer service. Communication is a huge problem. My first visit, gal didn't know what picante sauce was and tried to give me ketchup. Then told me they have never had picante sauce. My next visit they got my order wrong. My third visit I asked if they were still serving breakfast she said yes. I asked for a breakfast burrito meal as long as they have picante sauce she said they do have picante sauce. What I got was a croissant sandwich. I went to the counter and told them this is not what I ordered. The manager told methey're not serving breakfast. My ticket shows I ordered before 10:30 and I told her Miguel behind the counter said they were still serving breakfast to which the manager said no. She would not let me have a breakfast burrito. How to get my money back and go somewhere else.
I will never again patronize the Burger King in Mission Ks. Getting it wrong three times in a row then inconvencing the customer.

Pull up to drive through...Noone in front of me...NOONE in lobby. I was asked to wait..which I did for a few minutes and then figured they really don't want my business...so I left. The lack of service cost them business...when they have to shut down I applauded. Any business with a full crew and yet can't help customers does not deserve to be in business at all.

They gave me chicken fries instead of mozzarella sticks and when I walked in and told them they gave me dirty looks and didn’t even properly cook them right they were only halfway cooked and all they did was stand around talking
