I went inside and placed my order. After watching three people who came in after me get their orders I went to the counter, the girls stated that they were waiting on the chicken for the chicken sandwich while my other food had been sitting in a bag the whole time. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked for my money back and that’s exactly what they did. No apology no nothing not a word. Just handed me my money back. Absolutely horrible manager horrible management completely incompetent people.

Place stinks! The food is very gross and the play place is 82 degrees! It’s nicer outside than inside! The bathrooms are also disgusting!

Everything is wrong with this place, I went by yesterday and they gave me my order wrong plus there was also a hair in my meal. Management really needs to do something about this place because it’s not the first time this happens.

This is the worst Burger King around I would not recommend doing business with them. The staff and managers are not trained properly at all and barley speak English. They told me I was banned for pouring out my coffee in the drink drain said I poured it on floor did not said it was on video asked to see per said video and they said get out you banned so they make those own rules I feel that they do not like me using the BK app asked to speak to manager she rudely said I'm the manager now get out I feel discriminated against and have tried to find the district manager to discuss hot the entire staff is not trained properly beware of this place the speak minimal English and have messed up practically every order because I order my food special they do not like that told me that's not what comes on that item and proceed to make it their I thought Burger King was have it your way not at this one it's the staff and managers way customer service is not a priority for this place and no info on how to get a hold of the corporate office or district manager they hide and do will not give it to anyone I sent a friend in and they treated him rudely and told him to leave if he doesn't like the way they make it.. So everyone beware of this establishment. As you can see by all the negative reviews it's not a customer issue it's poor management if someone can get a number to someone higher up try I have to no avail. And I wouldn't go in the restroom if is even worse smells like sewage and very filthy had urine and feces on the toilet and floors no paper towels so obviously the staff doesn't wash hand after using it.

I just picked up onion rings and gave a $20. The little boy who took forever to take my order gave me $12 n change back and the receipt says $17 n change. Firstly he took forever to give me change. I had my window down in 25degree cold. I told him to hurry up. Then an older guy probably his father came to the window and yelled at me that I shouldn’t come to this Burger King again if I m asking to hurry up. I had to go pick up my daughter so I left and while driving I checked the money he gave me. It was short of $5!! I called rt away and the older guy picks up n says I was given $17 n charge. I will be reporting this incidence to the higher up in Burger King. Not going to let it go for the stealing and mistreatment of a customer like this. It’s not about $5 only but the customer service as well.

PLAYPLACE is closed as of 12/3. Ordering was difficult as English was a second language, so changes to meals were difficult to convey. Soda was 1/2 out. No toys at this location, but you get a sweet treat. Disappointing trip as we made it after looking up the playplace.

I come here on my lunched since it's a quick walk and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The store front is clean, orderly, everything is stocked up. The food is fresh and doesn't taste like it's been sitting under the heat lamp.

Kid-friendliness: Has the indoor playground, looks clean but have never been inside the playground area.

I rarely frequent Burger King anymore because of frequent order inconsistencies. Recently, I picked up food for my brother, only to discover upon arriving home that his burger lacked cheese, and the order was missing the fries altogether. The entire meal, which included cheese on the burger and an extra side of onion rings, came to $17. Disinclined to make another trip, I opted to call the restaurant and inquire about resolving the issue. Unfortunately, after explaining the situation, the call was abruptly disconnected. Assuming this to be a mistake, I called back again, only to be promptly hung up on a second time. Left with no other option, I returned to the store, where they finally remade the order. While the issue was eventually resolved, the whole ordeal resulted in wasted time and gas. No one cared that I was inconvenienced, no one apologized or offered something extra. My advice, spend your money elsewhere.

Asked for no lettuce on my burger and received extra lettuce. Asked for ketchup and didn't get any. This BK has failed me more than once. I won't be back. I should have learned the first time.
