Far better quality than the Chipotle on Shawnee Mission Parkway. The bowl was actually full and the service was good.

The ladies seem tired and overworked, the food is not bad but they seemed understaffed trying to complete several tasks at the same time. They keep the place clean, just not very friendly. But it's understandable because one person or two are keeping up with the whole line and register.

These employees need more training or something, came in tonight for a Salad and the kid behind the counter just looked at me. I said I want a salad, and he just looked at me again, so I said the salad on the bottom? And he put the regular lettuce on the bottom. There's a review from yesterday I see that says the exact same thing. Like do y'all not have salad here or does nobody know what it is? If I wanted lettuce I'd just get a regular bowl. The chips are also stale as hell but soggy at the same time. It's weird. This was a weird experience.
Every time I go in there, there’s always somebody working That has no clue what they’re doing… All I wanted was a salad bowl and the person behind the counter looked at me like they had no clue what I was talking about, and then took the Romain lettuce and put it as the base. And I said no no I wanted The salad mix and he just again stared at me not saying anything, and then, when I asked the other lady, she said they didn’t have it, but it literally was on the app and I could order it on the app so I’m like OK…She’s lying to me. She just doesn’t wanna go get the salad from the back. I just found it Very rude. They’re not really friendly at that store. And it’s kind of irritating how every time I go in there my orders, always either messed up for the people behind the counter Don’t know what they’re doing.. and add onto it behind. The bars is always gross and messy.

Find a different Chipotle to go to.

- If they are missing something (which they often are) they will expect you to pay the same for less and not make up for it themselves.

One of the best chipotles in the area. People are friendly and the food is always fresh. I drive 15 min to eat here when I want chipotle.

Just a heads up that there might be a language barrier between customers & staff. I asked the employee for light pico, & received a big spoonful. I asked for her to take some off, & she then tried to put a HEAPING spoonful of pico on my burrito. I told her never mind, I’ll do it lol. I got met with some attitude after that but they’ll be okay. The food here always tastes good!!
Genuinely the worst Chipotle in this area, the staff dont understand what you're saying to them when I kindly ask if they can refill the root beer because its empty and the rice is always grainy and undercooked plus they scoop like its coming out of their checks like seriously, like half of them are cool and half of them are just incompetent especially the one that worked at the checkout register noon on 11/12/25
Placed online order. Employees gave our food to another customer, we watched him go through the food opening containers and unwrapping burrito. He returned the food and the Employees advised they would make it fresh. They went in the back and brought out our food five minutes later. The burrito was not fully wrapped like someone had opened it and was cold to the touch, burrito was also made incorrectly with it being 90% rice. Quesadilla was cold along with the rest of the food. So pretty much they pretended to make it right and gave us back the food the other customer had his hands all over. Thanks Chipotle, this will be my last visit.

The service here was horrible! They treated my husband as if he was a huge inconvenience and slam items while making them. My husband came in and ordered a burrito, and bowl to surprise me for my 30 minute lunch at work. It was perfect because I was craving Chipotle for a couple days! When we started eating it was the worst chipotle I have ever had. I don't know if they ran out of salt but nothing was seasoned (including the chicken) We were so excited for the cilantro lime rice and it was straight up white rice with a couple flakes of cilantro... no salt, no lime, almost 0 cilantro in both items. The only thing that had flavor was the sour cream, which was highly disappointing! Was a definite let down with not only the food taste but lack of basic customer service! Also, only had 30 minute break so was unable to go back. So sad.
