I usually come to this chipotle often and I’ve had good runs and bad ones but this time everything was terrible, the service and food and they way the employees acted! I paid 26.66 for 2 burritos and chips and caso, just for the burrito to be smaller than a iPhone 16! I went to chipotle yesterday as well and got told I can’t have a burrito because she was cleaning it ( she just had the lid closed)! This is unacceptable and very disappointing !!

Ordered a bowl and quesadilla. I was unaware there is a new quesadilla from how they used to make it. Wasn’t explained to me very well, they just assumed I knew this. I only wanted cheese and the girl who was preparing it took it to the back instead of making it in the traditional tortilla warmer. I’m going to assume this was microwaved and I received a ball of cheese and not a traditionally flat quesadilla. It was completely inedible and chewy. I also ordered chips which were stale and after about 5 down the hatch, I just game up. They were also inedible. The bowl I ordered was seemingly okay. Now the kicker… today I had to take off work as I have an extremely sore throat. I spend over $23 in total and totally regret even walking into this location.

This location is very stingy with their portion sizes—the food portions were extremely small. I ordered double everything, and honestly, it didn’t seem like anything was doubled. My order was delivered via DoorDash, and it was not sealed properly. The chip bag was wide open, and the other bag was also unsealed. If you’re ordering from this location through DoorDash, be cautious.

Instead of asking if I was okay with unmelted cheese in my chicken quesadilla it was thrown in the trash and I was told they can’t put extra cheese in them. Maybe ask the customer what they want when I clearly ordered it with extra cheese before throwing away perfectly good food. I won’t be back….what a waste and POOR customer service! I always ordered it with extra cheese before throwing and have stated that I’ll pay for the extra cheese.
We went at a off time around 3:00. Store was dirty. Most of the fountain drinks had too much carbonation and the teas tasted like they sat there since the am or the day before. Would strongly suggest going to another location unless you do not want a drink, cleanliness, or if you are only into a sprinkle of your favorite toppings. We will not be back! Oh and whatever music they were playing was way too loud very disappointed!

I visited this Chipotle expecting the usual good experience, but was disappointed. I wanted steak, but noticed they had old steak out. I asked about the wait time for fresh steak and was told it wouldn't be long, so I waited and let a couple of people go ahead of me. However, when it was my turn, they put the old steak on top of the new one, which was a huge letdown. I ended up walking out and going to a different Chipotle. Definitely won't be back to this location.
