Food was good.
The experience for the customer was not very pleasant. Order taking was difficult. Could not understand our order. Very close and convenient. May travel a little further for our usual Chipotle.

They gave me the wrong order so I went back for my food and the manager said I can have my food remade or a refund - not both. I said I disagree because I had to come all the way back for my food that you guys messed up and she still said no. TERRIBLE customer service. She should not be a manager - didn’t look like she felt bad at all! I only asked for a partial refund not even a full refund! I hope this reaches corporate because y’all need to make some changes, BAD! Would not recommend - 0 stars!!!!

Worst chipotle in the area. Customer service is terrible. Corporate really needs to step in and make some changes ASAP.

Chicken always extras salty. A they want to charge over 13$ for. Burrito when down the road they are charge a bit over 12 which is still bad. But come on don’t slack on the Quality you’re gonna charge somebody almost $14 for a burrito that used to cost $9.50 !!!

The new location on SM PKWY and Antioch is better then the one on SM PKWY and Quivira. Better food and service

If I could give zero stars I would, this is the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to, not only did they take a additional 30 minutes to finish my pickup order, they also gave me bland food with a bowl filled with rice and a sprinkle of chicken. absolutely unacceptable.

For some reason this location doesn't know how to cook beans correctly. I've eaten a lot of Chipotle and love it usually, but this specific location has dry half cooked beans and sometimes that extends to the rice. Management problem or training problem unknown but it's happened 3 times in a row, anytime I doordash they pick this location, went here in persona and had the same thing happen.

Get your burrito at a different one this one is a fail.

Half of the tables had food stuck on them and the others were wiped off with a dirty rag. Food was fine as expected from Chipotle. The people that helped us were barely more than warm bodies.

Literally the worst chipotle around. I go out of my way to avoid this 1. They are extremely stingy. I had no choice but to go today and I wanted half & half. She literally had 4 pieces of chicken in the spoon with her 3 scoops of rice. I KID YOU NOT!! I have NEVER paid $24 for my 1 bowl but I had to get extra brisket. Not to mention they close before advertised time often

This Chipotle has been slipping lately. The dinning room seems to always be dirty! If you go after 7pm they still have 7 or 8 people working but move like only 2 work there.... slow! Parking lot is getting dirty to. Do better Chipotle.
