Inept staff. They could not even figure out how to use my gift card. You CAN just scan it but even if you can't you can type it in. I tried to tell them to type it in but they couldn't even understand what I was trying to tell them. Worked at the next Chipotle down the road just fine.

I’ve been there not once, not twice, but many too times to count. I was in there tonight on Thanksgiving Eve (26th.) I always walk in and try to be talkative to the employees in the line, I don’t know if these two women were having a bad, or didn’t want to work because it’s the holidays, whatever. I got home without my sour cream and hot sauce. So, I drove back, and went straight to the register, and the same girl who didn’t put my sauces in was on her phone. I said, “ma’am, I don’t know if you were having a bad day, and hope it gets better.” I said you forgot to put my sauces in the bag, and in a derogatory way she ask me which ones, and I told her. She knew exactly what sauces I were talking about too. I said, “Happy Thanksgiving.” That woman is a child. If she doesn’t want to work on a busy night go home. Learn some customer skills chica!!!

I only go to this Chipotle because it’s across from my apartment. It’s a less than a 5 minute drive. This night was the worst of all. And the customer service is always hit and miss. I don’t come across one employee who smiles, or are nice. It’s pathetic there!

When you have had a long day, and pick up food, you want to get home and eat, but the women tried to screw up my night, but didn’t. Their faces were ugly because I don’t think they know how to smile!

Bad service via chipotlane. Asked for chocolate milk with kids meal, did not receive the chocolate milk, but regular milk. Additionally, my kids quesadilla was pressed into the foil with hardly any cheese such that when we unfolded the quesadilla out of the foil, half of it ripped off and was sealed to the foil. Though we did not ask for it someone put the hottest hot sauce in my kids quesadilla tray. Who does that?

I've been coming to this location for while because of its close proximity to the gym that I attend- its used to be okay but here lately the steak has been old, cold and overcooked. They also have a tendency to have very low supplies.

All the other reviews are correct and I should have listened. Ordered via the web, picked it up and when I opened it at home I was missing items and my bowl was wrong. Drove back and they could have cared less. Recommend opening your order before you drive off to ensure, correct.

The ladies working have the UGLIEST attitude so ugly so rude if you don’t like your simple job don’t go the rudeness is uncalled for. Saturday August 16th 830PM and I didn’t even want to go into your store but the app wasn’t working. Get your things together the attitude and the app.

Employees seems to hate their life and jobs and seem to get mad if I don’t tip on a job they applied for which they make decent amount of money an hour. I ask for extra of something they do the opposite. I feel like I can never eat at this Chipotle cause employees are always upset or have an attitude. Get better employees.

I ordered online from this location and my card was charged. They couldn’t find the order, so I left. When I left, it was over 10 minutes past the ready time. I requested a refund by messaging them on X. They told me I’d get the refund in 3-5 days. The refund never came, so I called their customer service number. They are now refusing to give me a refund on an order I never received. I’ve probably eaten at Chipotle over 100 times. I will never step foot in any Chipotle ever again.

Imagine going to get some good ole Chipotle, when you get through your order, and charge you they don’t tell you what they charge you for. Then when you question, their response, that’s what we always charge. Then you think ok, maybe I will just take my lumps this time, you sit down and on the table is left over food that is sticking to the table, like last nights left over’s. I mean the food is so stuck to the table that it actually could start to begin growing mold… if you want to avoid gastric upset, and poor customer service, do yourself a favor and pick a different Chipotle….
