The ladies working have the UGLIEST attitude so ugly so rude if you don’t like your simple job don’t go the rudeness is uncalled for. Saturday August 16th 830PM and I didn’t even want to go into your store but the app wasn’t working. Get your things together the attitude and the app.

Employees seems to hate their life and jobs and seem to get mad if I don’t tip on a job they applied for which they make decent amount of money an hour. I ask for extra of something they do the opposite. I feel like I can never eat at this Chipotle cause employees are always upset or have an attitude. Get better employees.

I ordered online from this location and my card was charged. They couldn’t find the order, so I left. When I left, it was over 10 minutes past the ready time. I requested a refund by messaging them on X. They told me I’d get the refund in 3-5 days. The refund never came, so I called their customer service number. They are now refusing to give me a refund on an order I never received. I’ve probably eaten at Chipotle over 100 times. I will never step foot in any Chipotle ever again.

They tend to run out of certain things and dont get them replenished too quickly, Great food and service just would like to have everything available when I order, occurred two days in a row.

Took a take out to my friends for dinner! I like getting the tortillas on the side with a bowl and a few things on the side! Good value for a monjoro person such as myself!
Imagine going to get some good ole Chipotle, when you get through your order, and charge you they don’t tell you what they charge you for. Then when you question, their response, that’s what we always charge. Then you think ok, maybe I will just take my lumps this time, you sit down and on the table is left over food that is sticking to the table, like last nights left over’s. I mean the food is so stuck to the table that it actually could start to begin growing mold… if you want to avoid gastric upset, and poor customer service, do yourself a favor and pick a different Chipotle….

They clearly stopped cooking around 8pm, so they made the thinnest burrito possible so they didn't run out of food. Burrito resembled a hot dog. They were also out of half meats they offer.

The door says open until 11pm. The doors are locked.
4 people inside. No one comes to the door.
Always under portioning I just got a bowl that was half full and I mean I could see half of the bottom of the bowl it was so under portioned. I try to avoid this one when I can. Even my chips where not as full as I know the standards are.

The meat was burnt & the lady taking orders doesn’t speak English, I did get everything I ordered because she couldn’t understand me and all the other workers standing around couldn’t help. The lobby was dirty
