I give the star for the staff. Absolute salt of the earth people. But this place ain't it. The pizza is gross, the atmosphere is lackluster, and even the building itself feels cramped with unnecessary walls. Won't be back.

The older guy that rung us up is excellent, and is 100% responsible for the 5 stars. The food was what you should expect from a pizza buffet, and price is reasonable.

I really like cicis here in roeland park, ks. However, the music totally sucks and is Way TOO LOUD. It's hard to have a conversation. If I want a dance club I'll go to a dance club

We like the one up north a little better than this one, but usually we are met with a frown from the manager.aybe that's bc we never get soda with the buffet, but this time we bought soda and he was all smiles, maybe he was just having a better day. The other employees are always so nice and accommodating. I ordered a special crust less pizza and when it was ready the cook didn't call my number, but brought is straight out tomy table with a fork. For me it's the little things and attention to detail that I really appreciate. I ate the salad bar, but my son and his friends destroyed the buffet. Cicis is the place my son loves to take his friends to every time we go to the city. It's affordable and they can get shy the minute they walk into the restaurant. We will be back, hope to see you there as well.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were half way through eating when they got two bus full of students. They did an amazing job of handling huge about of kids. They keep up with the food and were very strategic about how many kids they let through the line so current customers were still able to get food and drinks.

I came in on my lunch break and 10 minutes later a school field trip came in with 57 children and 11 adults (I counted) my first thought was oh no how can i get a refund but i decided to stay and see how it goes (i had an hour for lunch) and let me tell you they pumped out pizza after pizza and did not lose a single star on quality. All my worries were washed away and every time i went up to the line i could fill my plate with all my favorites. DID I MENTION THERE WAS ONLY 3 PEOPLE WORKING??? Im absolutely blown away by the quality of the food, the quality of the service and how they kept everything clean with only 3 of them. I will 100% be back. I am so glad i stayed.
Let's be honest, it's not gourmet pizza, but it's still good, and one of few restaurants that doesn't cost an arm and a leg to eat at. The staff is always amazing, food is always full, and it's always clean. Definitely worth it if you're looking for an inexpensive but filling lunch or dinner. I wish there were more locations.
Over $16 and they ask for a tip. Which I didn't mind but the pizza was not fresh at 12:30 and even when I had them make a pizza it tasted old. The crust tasted chewy and old or recipe was off. Not sure which. Very disappointed considering we drove from out of town to pay high prices for below stand food.
