I am really impressed. It's been a while since I've been in a Cici's, and historically they've all been kind of run down. This location was so clean and there was a constant rotation of fresh pizzas coming out. It's like a completely different resturant compared to the others I've been to!

Like the new upgrades. It was very busy but was able to eat peacefully.
The gentleman at the front was so generous and funny first time here. He definitely had customer service. Food was hot and good salad was good for the price.

Jeff was absolutely amazing, we need more people like him, especially in this industry. Throughout our dining experience, he went above and beyond entertaining and even made us a personal pizza that was delish. A 30 minute drive is nothing for amazing service in return, we WILL be back 😊

Store was very dirty, not many games at all. They couldn't make a bigmac pizza but yet they had thousand island dressing on the salad bar. None of the workers were friendly at all. We needed to change the baby and a waiter was cleaning the bathrooms said i needed to wait till he was done. On a brighter note the manager was very sweet. All his workers are awful they sll look like they hate their jobs. Poor guy. We wont be back.
