We came in about an hour before closing. The staff seemed more interested in closing than service to its guests. The selection on the buffet was lacking and there seemed an urgency for us to leave. The prices have gone up exorbitantly while service and quality has gone down.

Definitely enjoyed that pizza. Meat eaters definitely want to get. It had been quite a while that I had been there. However it was definitely a pleasure to come back to it.

The guy at the counter when we went Saturday was so good with my kids and was soooo sweet. He was swamped and just doing all he could. I swear if someone was mean to the young man, I'm pretty sure that person would have bad luck equivalent to breaking a mirror.
We came into this location for lunch on March 19th. My daughter's 9th birthday and the staff was so friendly. Wished her a happy birthday. The manager Jeff i believe brought over a brownie with a lit candle so we could sing her happy birthday! He went above and beyond that day to make her feel special. Keep up the Great work!!Kid-friendliness: The arcade games are reasonably priced per game. And fun for the kids!
Cockroaches came out of the wall while we were eating onto our booth. We pointed this out to a manager who just said “oh yeah we had an exterminator come by yesterday” and left. It’s disgusting.Edit: despite the response to this review, when we contacted as requested, we never heard anything.

Bar none the best cicis experience we have ever had. The food was always on point, Jeff was awesome and remembered us as we ate there three times in three days. The games actually worked, and the location was pristine in terms of cleanliness.
