“Beyond impressed! My boyfriend's favorite dessert is a key lime pie. He has a son that has a gluten and dairy allergy and his one request for his birthday this year was a key lime pie that he could share with his son. That was not an easy task to locate. Even though it is not something they offer on their menu, Mud Pie Bakery was willing to do a special order for a gluten free, dairy free key lime pie and I must say, we were blown away! It was delicious! The crust was delicious, the filling was tangy, and the whipped topping was sweet and balanced everything else out! Not only that, but it looked beautiful! The best part is that my boyfriend's son got to enjoy a sweet treat that the rest of the family was having and that is something that rarely happens, due to his dietary restrictions! “The lemon/raspberry cupcake I had was GF/vegan—I require neither but my son is celiac. I wish I had bought a dozen for just myself. This is a moist cupcake with great lemon flavor, and I have no idea how they made such amazing vegan buttercream. The owner told me they are a highly symptomatic celiac so the space is strictly GF. I would go back in a second. For three treats and two bottles of water, I only spent $17.“

“Nothing Bundt Cakes delivered a full-size red velvet bundt cake with cream cheese frosting to our office as part of a promotion, and WOW—this was hands down the best bundt cake I’ve ever tasted! The cake was incredibly moist, perfectly sweet, and had the most delightful surprise—chocolate chips baked into the batter. Every bite was rich, velvety, and packed with flavor.
