If you work for a pizza place and you loathe baking pizza for people, or in other words, doing your job, if it in fact makes you so angry that you slam pans around and bang cabinets shut and cut pizza with a scrunched up face and scowl at customers walking in to place an order, then it’s time for you to find a different job. Seriously. I never go out of my way to post a negative review on a business, but my first time experience at this Domino’s was ridiculous. I walked inside to place an order and I was asked if I had a name to carry out and I said, “ No, I have to place an order,” and this woman - whom I assume is the manager - gave me an unsettling look as if that were a problem. A big problem. “Okay, you’ll have to wait.” I had no problem waiting whatsoever. So I waited and observed, and upon doing so I could immediately tell that this woman created a very hostile work environment not only for customers, but for the employees, and I had a strong sense it rubbed off on them by their body language and angry despondent looks. She had a major anger problem and clearly did not want to be there. And my response is: then don’t be. She was literally fuming, and the way that place is designed, the customer has a clear view of the whole kitchen. Alarms kept going off. She yelled, “Another large! They don’t stop coming!” Boy was she mad. But that’s your job. As I stated above, if it makes you literally that visibly angry, then quit and find something else. Extremely uncomfortable environment, and a very unprofessional manager with a major anger problem. Based on this one person alone, I won’t go back.

Never satisfied with the service here! Rude men work there. I got the completely wrong pizza, not the one I ordered. When I do get the order, it’s never good.

Forever to get the food even sent out, then delivery driver took the wrong order and had to go back, didn't tell me at all and marked food as delivered anyways. Just pathetic service tbh.

10/10 my food was hot crust was perfect, I ordered around 12 am too. I appreciate you guys making the service better up there and Jackie’s hospitality when greeting customers is A1!

Man, that was really good pizza! Ordered a mix of pan and hand tossed pizzas and the whole family loved it. We’ve had a lot of Dominos pizza from different locations, and this one was definitely top 3. 👍

After nothing but headaches I gave up on the Waldo store. Thought to give this one a try was pleasantly suprised. Delivery is always hot, made properly and arrived at or before the e.t.a.

Staff was very unenthusiastic. Had the atmosphere of a funeral. Acted offended I was using a coupon code. I asked for cheese and pepper on my way out and they told me if I wanted some I had to run my card again and pay extra. Never in my 32 years have I paid extra for packets of cheese and pepper with a pizza.

Becoming Natural
This Dominos is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT and really deserves another chance. They are so nice now, helpful, good food, timely and great service. We had written them off after previous management cancelled multiple orders without telling us, etc. It's time to give them another chance because it's like an entirely new restaurant. So hard to return from someone else's past mistakes, so I hope everyone who counted them out will give them another shot. I go to the store to pick up often and they deserve another shot! Always friendly and on top of things.

Two times in a row, the driver never shows with the order although the tracker claims it was delivered. When the store is called the manager is defensive and claim they delivered it. They quite frankly lie. Don’t trust this location. Theoretically they are under new management but I have had problems there both before and after the supposed change in management.
