My husband I were there about a week ago and they ended up giving us the wrong kind of fries. We went up to the counter to let them know the mistake and see if we could get the right type of fries. The manager immediately apologized and gave us a fresh batch and offered for us to keep both. We kindly declined and sat down to eat our food. The manager then came and gave us a $10 voucher to apologize for the mistake. She didn't need to do that at all but went above and beyond to show how apologetic they were. 10/10 for the experience. Will definitely come back to this location for their customer service as the sole reason.

Five Guys is my favorite burger place-hands down! I love the Cajun fries, and the salted shelled peanuts you can snack on and/or take home. I feel it’s kind of pricey, and they don’t offer combo meals. The food is too good to pass up tho.

Too expensive for what you're ordering ($7+ for a 1/4 dog). Plus, a giant tip jar in your face AND a tip amount on the screen before you say yes cook my food. Food cost too high plus tipping should not be requested. I won't be back.

Seemed like who ever was in charge was poorly trained to lead others. She was yelling at everyone on the team and embarrassing them in front of the whole lobby. I would be surprised if turnover isn’t extremely high. I was so uncomfortable.
