Seemed like who ever was in charge was poorly trained to lead others. She was yelling at everyone on the team and embarrassing them in front of the whole lobby. I would be surprised if turnover isn’t extremely high. I was so uncomfortable.

Worst Five Guys experience ever. Ordered a Cheeseburger and Cajun Fries. The cheese was ice cold and the burger was underwhelming. Got regular fries instead of Cajun style like I ordered… Ketchup comes in tiny packets. Overall, a garbage experience.
I’ll stick to the Five Guys in the Oak Park Mall and recommend everyone else do the same.

20 bucks wouldn't pay for a regular cheeseburger, fry and drink. The burger came with nothing on it, and fries were so salty i couldn't eat very many. I had to holler at one of the three people looking at me behind the counter just to get mustard.
