My husband stopped in yesterday morning and ordered 14 donuts for today and scheduled a 9am pick up. The owner warned that they might be locked up by then, but told him to just knock on the door. We drove 40 minutes to get here and arrived at 9:03. The doors were locked. No one answered the door. No one answered the phone. That's a long way to drive for nothing. I understand that he didn't want to waste his time waiting for someone who might not show, but 3 minutes is hardly drastic. Probably won't try this place again ?

Amazing donuts! They sell out early, so don't expect donuts available after 8:00 a.m. The best way is to call in an order. And bring cash. They do not accept plastic. I'm sure it helps them keep costs down.

My husband went out to get donuts this morning with our 2-year-old. Despite living nearby for almost 3 years, we've never managed to get to Fluffy Fresh early enough before they sell out. Unfortunately, my husband didn't realize they only accepted cash before ordering. Thankfully, the kind woman allowed him to leave, come back, and she had his donuts saved for him after he had to go all the way to our bank to get cash. The donuts he brought home are absolutely fantastic. The glazed ones are unreal; light, perfectly sweet, and fluffy! Incredibly reasonably priced. Thank you so much for giving him grace this morning and saving the order for him. We will definitely be back!!
