Worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is a small store, there were two ladies working and neither greeted us or appeared they were going to serve us. The one standing right in front of us was busy on her phone with social media. I politely gave our food and drink order thinking maybe she would respond or at least acknowledge us- nope. It was midmorning on a Sunday, no coffee was made. The second young woman started making coffee at one point, so we did get a few donuts and coffee eventually. We politely thanked them when we left with our items- no "you're welcome" or even acknowledgement. I can honestly say I've never seen anything like it.

I've been in twice now, and I'm done. First off the lady behind the counter is far from friendly. BOTH times I've been in there now I have felt rushed when it came to picking out the couple of donuts I bought. (There was no line mind you so I was not holding up anyone) the first time I paid damn near 20 bucks for three donuts! Insane! The second time I went in asking for a specific donut, she insisted it was called a different name so I trusted her word. Turned out I showed up with the wrong kind of donut thanks to her rushing me. I won't be back, the girl there shouldn't be working any type of customer service job. She's one of those people who acts like she would rather be somehwere else and it's your fault that she has to be there. No thanks. Donuts aren't worth it.

I'm so disappointed. Lamar's is our go to for donuts. So today's being my son's birthday we drove over before school. Closed! No sign and no sign of having sold out at 7:30 in the morning. I'm hoping today is just a fluke but I am very disappointed.

Only bad experience Iv had is when they were out of glazed. Other then that I love this place!
Way over priced. $23 for 6 below average donuts is unacceptable. My donut tasted old, and my son said his donut with cookie topping donut was dry and meh. My daughter said her's was gross and refused to eat it. Such a shame a place like this has been in town for generations and won't be around much longer with competitors offering better quality at literally half the price. Save your money and go somewhere else. This was my last visit.

The first time I went to the store, the waitress took her time to explain the different tastes to me without getting impatient! The quality of the donuts is really good, we understand the reputation!
I don't know if something has changed in their recipe, but the glazed donuts tasted different, much more chewy and less airy than the last time I had them. But the biggest problem is the outrageous prices they are charging. Spending $40 on 6 glazed donuts, 6 specialty donuts, and a dozen donut holes is unsustainable.

I hadn’t been to LaMars for a while so I thought I’d pick up donuts for a party at this location at 7:30 this morning. I waited in line for a bit, then asked for two dozen glazed donuts. The woman behind the counter told me they didn’t have any and the manager was supposed to have brought some over. Evidently they don’t even bake donuts at this location! So I had her pick out an assortment of other donuts instead. She rang me up and told me it came to $57.00! So I walked out with super expensive donuts that weren’t even baked on location. Never going back there again!

I feel like my donuts were old. Please look at the donuts in the pictures and look at what was given to me. I have never seen Lamar's donuts look like this. The cinnamon roll and twist were ridiculously over glazed. My son 8 who is all about Lamar's spit out his donut and gave back. These tasted way off. I asked for chocolate iced donuts (pointed at them too) like i aways do, and got chocolate donuts with glaze on them. I wanted a regular dount with chocolate icing on them. I paid $23 for 6 donuts. Horribly overpriced. I get 2 dozen in liberty for this price. I will NEVER go back to this location. Not Lamar's more like LaMikes.

My grandkids LOVE this place. Each have their own favorites. But BOTH love the two flavor donut holes - chocolate and regular vanilla. Grandma pretty happy too
