Beware!!! Check your order before you dig in, I am thankful I did, the cook added extremely hot jalapeños at the bottom of this wrap, which wasn’t on my order, odd mistake to accidentally add that to an order??? Intentional or by mistake if you have children just make sure kids aren’t getting this in their food unknowingly. I’ve gotten the same wrap here several times, I am sad I can’t trust eating here again.
Pretend this is a 4.5 star review. I enjoyed the food, unfortunately they had a large catering order so there was a bit of a wait, but nothing they could control. Food was delicious. Only real complaint I have is the seating. They have foot rests but your leg doesn’t actually fit under the table if you put your feet on it. And because they have foot rests, you have to sit farther from the table for your feet to fit in front of you (beware of hitting your shin on the foot rest, I made that mistake). Food was reasonably priced.

A poor facsimile of the original. I’ve been eating at longboards for almost 20 years at the north location. We have given this location a few chances since it’s opened and we are always disappointed. Incorrectly made, smaller portions etc. Will not be back, it’s worth the drive up north.

I love Longboards wraps but I will not be back to this location after todays disrespect. I placed an online order. When I walked in I walked up to the pickup area and was greeted by a nice woman and I told her I had an online order. She asked my name and I told her. She then said it wasn't ready and would be another 5-10 minutes. No problem. 20 minutes go by and people are coming in ordering and getting their orders and they still haven't called me. I go up to the guy at the pickup area now and ask about my order and he picks it up off the rack. It was sitting there for 15 minutes without telling me. When I brought that up the guy got all mad at me and said I never told him I had an online order. I told him I did not because when I walked in he wasn't there and the woman acknowledged me and figured it was taken care of. He then continued to argue with me about it being my fault because I talked to the wrong person. I wasn't even asking for a discount or replacement, just letting them know to call out the names like they have in the past.
