Pretty disorganized. Had a large party, a not everyone got their food on time. Some were getting their food when others where already done. Food was good, service was slow. Restaurant was clean.

Me and two other people entered this establishment TWICE with no evidence of workers present. We left not even knowing if the place was open until a rude waiter sat us. After making some snide remarks we finally decided to take our business else where. As being honest and open people we are rarely disappointed, but this place chose to test our limits and chose to treat us as a nuisance instead of potential customers. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I live in Mission and it's my go to place if I want to sit down and eat something that's not fast food. The service is usually always good. The food is well priced for what you get. There is a Chili's and an Applebee's in the area and I almost never go there because I prefer Lucky. I have had most things on the menu some of my most ordered item's are the Heavenly pasta (add chicken), Grilled shrimp and bacon club, inside out burger (with or without a bun), High Plains Steak salad, and the hot wings. The wings are full wings and better than most hot wings. The steak fries (potato wedges) are very good and crispy. Get them with ranch dressing. They have some of the best ranch because I think they make it, not from a bottle. It's kind of dark inside which I like because it makes the atmosphere more cozy. One down side is they only care Pepsi products so if you like Coke or a coke as a mixer then you better be OK with Pepsi or order Gin and tonic instead. The place has a very small town feel to it that Chili's and an Applebee's don't have and IMO the food is better. They also run dinner specials that are not on the regular menu. You see them when you come in the door by the hostess station also your server will tell you. If you want to watch the game there are multiple TVs that are always playing sports both at the bar and the regular table area. But they are not obtrusive or loud/annoying. If you don't care about the game you can still enjoy your food or your company without feeling like your in a sports bar being force to participate in the game.

I love this restaurant! They have decent dishes, they have a nice menu, The cook in that restaurant is very trained, I like a lot tasting all their dishes. The dishes are consistently fresh and tasty, the service towards the customers is very good too. I often go to this place and I not even once was unhappy. I recommend it with no hesitation.

Been patronizing Lucky Brewgrille since my days in Manhattan. 24 years later its still outstanding. Great bar food and very good staff. Love that they are locally owned and still in business all these years later. I encourage anyone and everyone to go check this place out.

If you go as a single, or a duo, even a group of 4 this place is very good! We went as a group of 16 and it was very slow. The service lagged. We had a long wait just for drinks. The food took almost an hour, if not even over an hour. Food I've had before was not up to it's usual "good stuff". Just not a place that can accommodate large groups, I guess.
