My only complaint about this location is that their self-checkout machine never ever has receipt paper in it.

This location went from being good to bad to ok and now seems to be back to bad. Enough staffing seems to be the first issue. They need a couple of extra people. Can't have your food expediter also glued to the register. And PUT RECEIPT PAPER IN THE KIOSKS so we know our order number and we don't have to take up staff time. It takes them a few minutes to reprint them and it slows everything down. Update, still the same.

My fries are old and cold I asked for sweet tea and got water with a little color doesn't even taste like tea I keep going back like a dummy to this McDonald's and the McDonald's on roeland Park very very disappointed

Extremely quick, no wait line, food was made fresh, it was hot (even fries were hot & fresh).

No complaints!

Parking: Not a ton of parking, but appeared to be plenty

I am not sure what happened in 2 weeks time. My previous visit to this location I got exactly what I ordered and it was quick, standard McDonald’s experience. Today, the guy taking my order in the drive through cut in and out of conversation, kept posting the wrong order, and kept adding additional sauces that I didn’t say. After finally getting through it (1 spicy deluxe meal, large, with a Dr. pepper) I pull up and get my food I discover no salt on my fries, a diet Dr. Pepper, and sauces I didn’t order. Again, I don’t know what has happened in just 2 weeks time. Luckily, with so many McDonald’s around I won’t ever need to come back to this location to find out. You don’t need to come here to find out you wish you had gone to a different one.

I’ve been here 4 times now past 11pm cause I work nights. They have every car in-front of me and behind me pull to the side of the building, so many people that we have to take up parking spots now. After 10 minutes of waiting for my single meal I ended up getting the wrong order. I got my money back and went to better

This is my favorite McDonald's location. Their burgers are the most tasty by far! They season them well and never cook them till they are dry nor do they undercooked them.

Just know that if you get given the wrong food, as I received a patty with cheese and a bunch of hair on it, if you don't have a receipt to prove it they won't make the moment right. Had to pay twice for nuggets I only got once.

I was given my beverage & was asked to move to the next window I was the only car in line! So the manager came & again I was asked to proceed to the next window I responded the same why? There is no one in line behind me she responded with something about her numbers I requested a refund it took longer to do that then to have just processed my order
