The manager at this location needs to find another line of work. He was very rude and short he’s unwillingness to want to help showed very quickly when he got on the phone. I explained that my order was not delivered to my door and he told me to reorder it with no refund coming back to me?!! Huh?!? Naw RYAN JAY AT THE MARTY LOCATION GOT TO GO!!!

Went inside to order some breakfast. Was basically ignored while several other people were served. This used to be my favorite panera. In person customer's are not important anymore
For what you charge for a dozen bagels I expect them to be sliced. My last dozen some were half assed crooked slice and some not at all. Come on Panera you can do better.

Wow! This was such a wonderful experience I had. Earlier this year I fell in love with the kickin it grilled cheese and I was so sad when they got rid of it. I asked the wonderful cashier/dining manager, if they still had it and they said no but they could make it for me and I’m so glad because it was the best kickin it grilled cheese I have had since! Thank you to all these awesome Panera employees, you are the best!!
