For what you charge for a dozen bagels I expect them to be sliced. My last dozen some were half assed crooked slice and some not at all. Come on Panera you can do better.

Wow! This was such a wonderful experience I had. Earlier this year I fell in love with the kickin it grilled cheese and I was so sad when they got rid of it. I asked the wonderful cashier/dining manager, if they still had it and they said no but they could make it for me and I’m so glad because it was the best kickin it grilled cheese I have had since! Thank you to all these awesome Panera employees, you are the best!!

What the hell is the point of being a fresh bakery open all day if at 7:45 am you are sold out of crap. You still have 2 plus hours to go in breakfast service at least and have only been open a little over an hour and a half. I just drove away. And I have had this happen so many times I just don't come here for breakfast anymore. The amount of business you are losing because you simply refuse to be more prepared for your business needs is absurd and a bad recipe for making money.
Have been coming to this location for thr past 3 months. I always go through drive thru. I've been here about 8 times. The people are always nice. The last visit of 2/28/25, they accidentally left out my pickle spear that went to my Mediterranean sandwich. When I went back today 3/2/25, the manager Sam made me an entire new sandwich and gave me two pickle spears. Being pregnant, I look forward to always eating the bread, chips, and pickle spear to help with my daily nausea. Now I have a spear to eat tomorrow when I get my nausea. This is above and beyond customer service. I highly recommend this location. I need to eat inside one day.

I ordered a large macaroni and cheese in a large broccoli and cheese soup, the lady proceeds to ask me if I wanted chips, bread, or apple slices with the macaroni and cheese and then again the same on the broccoli cheese soup. To me that's making it sound like it's included but little did I know she charged me extra for both the measly piece of torn bread thrown in the bottom of the bag without being wrapped up, and for the tiny bag of chips as well. So for a macaroni and cheese and a bowl of broccoli cheese soup it was over $20 with tax. I went and viewed their menu online at that location and my total should have been like $15.00. What a scam she mentioned nothing about it being extra she acted like it was included with the soup and the macaroni. I can't believe I paid over $20 for a bowl of broccoli and cheese soup and a bowl of macaroni and cheese. This place is a joke I will never be returning! She should have said do you want to add it not ask me like it's included with my purchase.
