Paulie D’s is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. Their dough it delicious, and the sauce is so unique. My favorite is the garden delight, the ingredients are so fresh, it takes the pizza to a whole other level. The service is always great, and the pizza is made super fast. 10/10 recommend it!

This is the best takeout pizza spot I’ve been to. The staff is always very friendly, and always get my order correct.The food? The food is perfect. It’s pizza at its finest. Simple pizza that is made with such care and work that it is perfect. I have stopped getting pizza anywhere else. Paulie D’s is the place to go for pizza in KC.

This place makes a passable pizza, but it isn't at the 4.7 stars level. The pizza is paper thin, and flavor of the combo pizza was good. My wife loves veggie pizza, but it was not so good. The shop is mostly set up for take out, but they do have six small tables of 4 you can sit at.I imagine the store has a few avid fans who have artificially boosted the rating.

The older woman was berating the high school student working there behind the counter, for a good 15+minutes. I gathered they are family/friends of family, and that the lady didn't want the student to "put themselves out there to be bullied" and that "the backlash would fall onto the family too." She was using incredibly abusive language towards a child (who remained respectful the entire time) while red in the face. Absolutely disgusting behavior and I will never be back.The pizza was mid too

the pizza was alright but the entiretime we were eating, the mom and dad were behind the register loudly and meanly berating their kid who also works there. very tense, uncomfortable, and just unneeded right where people are sitting to eat. maybe others experienced better here but i doubt ill be back.

I’ve made a pizza or 2 in my day and I have some constructive criticism. I prefer a more well done crust and fresher veggies. Glad I tried it though.

FPO and I were driving through Mission. FPO had been jonesing for pizza for about a week and on this slushy Saturday afternoon pizza was sounding pretty good to me too. We always prefer to buy local and decided to drop by Paulie D's Pizza. There is parking out front but we learned there is more in back of the building. We walked into an empty shop but soon witnessed a brisk phone in/take away business. The atmosphere was cheerful. They had a mural of a map of Kansas and Missouri covering one wall, several funny signs (the one about hangry made me laugh) and (of course) some Chiefs and Royals on the walls. The young lady working the counter was very polite, answering all of our questions and making suggestions. FPO decided on a large Bacon Cheeseburger pizza. I got a large Garden D'Lite. We both got the regular crust although they do also have a thin and hand tossed crust. We carried out and by the time we got home the pizzas were both still steaming hot and the cheese all stringy and melty. The crust had good texture and weight. The bottom was chewy but the crust itself was crispy on the outside. I really liked the taste of the pizza sauce. There were plenty of toppings, spread evenly so every bite had a lot of veggies, a really good pie. We're definitely going back and I think next time we'll try dining in. There's a sopapilla dessert pizza that looks worth a cheat day on my healthier diet.
