Yesterday evening 3/25/2024 ordered a sausage philly via doordash. My order was accurate and arrived quickly. First time trying the sausage not a fan. The chicken and steak is the best tasting protein. Only negative thing is this location does nothing to secure the food. Bag not tied and no tamper stickers. I've ordered delivery from this location before. The food is never secured.

People of few words but enough to make your meal how you want it and how it should be. Food is great tasting. Clean restaurant. Respectful employees. You can tell they try their best and work good as a team. Not just one pulling all the weight = fast service.

I've been a fan ever since the chain began so I'm starting from the place that I want to see them succeed. The Crew at this one has proven to be sullen and unfriendly. I ordered extra cheese and did not get it. They failed to cut the sandwich in half which they always do. They don't get much business so I expect them to close in the future. It will be a while before I return. There are lots of choices out there. I sincerely hope they get they're act together. On another point, the check out screen solicits tips. For what?! Cooking my sandwich and checking me out? Nope, I'm done with that. Besides, it was not appropriate anyway due to poor attitudes. I had to ask three times what the sullen attendant asked me. I love the restaurants and would be sad to see this one go away.

I eat there at least 4 times a month. The service is terrible never greeted when you walk in the door. Very unfriendly employees not all . I will not come back to this place.

I hadn't been here since 2019 and was craving a cheesesteak so I decided to make my way here. The three staff members there were neither friendly nor efficient. I definitely got the vibe that they don't enjoy being there and they certainly don't want to be bothered. The first employee who was on the grill asked what we wanted for sandwiches and that was the end of the conversation. Another staff member came over to help her but also didn't say a word. A third employee was making fries for a takeout order and was also not engaging. We wanted fries in addition to our sandwiches but were never asked during the entire time our sandwiches were being made. So by the time they were done and we made it to the counter, we told them we also wanted fries and the irritation and eye rolling was felt. Honestly, that's their problem because had they asked when they were getting the sandwich order, those could have been done and ready to go. Definitely an efficiency and training issue that management needs to address. And maybe get some new employees without the attitude. The food itself was good. Since the fries were fresh they were super hot and crispy. My cheesesteak was large and delicious. I like just mushrooms and cheese because I'm five but they also have peppers and onions and all the things. The bread they use is so good. Nice and fluffy and holds everything together perfectly. Overall, the food is good but the staff isn't the greatest so if you can deal with that, you'll be in good shape. Otherwise, Chartroose Caboose isn't too far away.

Pretty good for a chain. Attractive staff, it's Johnson county at my restaurants I have to use local people as well but not so clean cut. I guess that's wrong to say but it's true. The city matters. My son loved the corn dog things.
