I called at 11:00 AM due to our company needing 70 box lunches by noon. I wasn't expecting it to be possible but thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. They were extremely transparent in how tight the window was and discussed limiting the options and logistics, ultimately accepting the order. They were able to get the sandwiches made for us and the quality was top notch. Great customer service, courage, and leadership to support us!

I'm pretty bummed about the recent daily special changes. I've been coming in every Monday night for years for the buy 1 adult meal get 1 kids meal special. I love the food and the people here. Unfortunately, the deal is no longer offered on Monday night. We'll still come every once in a while, but Monday nights can't be Planet Sub nights in our household anymore without the deal (just too expensive now). Thanks for the memories, PSub.

I was inside the store around noon today Sunday April 6th and there was a girl and a guy working the girl was really nice but while I was waiting to be helped the guy in the store was really loudly complaining about his manager using every swear word under the sun to do so while the store filled up with customers that weren’t being helped
I’m a big fan of swearing and I get the need to let off steam but I don’t think he realizes literally the entire store was eavesdropping on him talking crap on his managers and his job it was very awkward, uncouth , and unprofessional I hope he finds a job that he gets more enjoyment or fulfillment out of

The best part of my experience was the lady who grabbed my order. She was very friendly and quick. My online order was ready on time and made correctly. My sandwich was warm and messy as expected. The signature chicken seemed a bit mushy this time around. It has been more of a pulled chicken consistency in the past. Reminded me of a canned tuna consistency this time. I do love their homemade bread. Will I be back? Maybe, but due to the price tag of $14 for a half sub and a bag of chips, I'm not sure.
