Every time I come here the service and food vary— it’d be a decent 4 overall if it was consistently good but it’s not. I’ve had items forgotten with my food or the wait is unreasonably long for some lackluster food

Never again I went to this Popeyes last night at 10 pm I pulled up to the door I walk in a worker was mopping the lobby the floor was slippery wet I asked him was the chicken fresh he said yes I ordered a 10 piece chicken it came with 3 legs 3 wings 2 breast and 2 thighs large cajun mashed potatoes large fries and regular fries the chicken was old cold hard and dry we couldn't eat it I tried to give my dogs a piece they wouldn't eat it the fries was old and cold if the food is old and cold throw it away make some more fresh don't lie to your customers because the truth will come out and you will lose a lot of customers and business like that

Order was not correct. Paid the up charge for chicken I did not get. But on the plus side, they gave me a LG red beans and rice, which actually cost more than the up charge on the missing chicken... so I guess it's a win on my part. The meal itself was very good.
Since this Popeyes has reopened after renovations I've had three visits for meals in which I specifically ordered spicy chicken to only find out i returned home with original and several packets of hot sauce. Please do better and offer the Cajun rice options. We'll not patronize Popeyes or affiliates until correctly attended.

Orders Care Haven Homes
Went thru the drive thru on 7/23 and got 8 bone in chicken pieces and 3 chicken strips. When I got home I noticed the box says 2thighs 2legs 2wings and 2 breast. I got 3 thighs and 1 breast. 1 wing was extremely over cooked and the other was only the flat. Was too far to drive back.
