Went thru drive-thru to get my food as the lobby closes at 9p. The fried mushrooms were yummy, and the tenders were tender and juicy. The two desserts, which I will get next time, looked verry good.
This is the dirtiest location of this chain I have ever been to. To say the employees are apathetic would be generous. Not that busy and dirty tables, no toilet paper in bathroom, no napkins on most tables, drink area dirty and messy.
Cashier did not seem to know the menu. Was told that they don't have family pack dinners. I know I've purchased it before. Menu online offers family pack chicken tenders. So employee needs to know the full menu. Had to remind them tge gallon tea and dessert jar I ordered as I was not going to get it.
