It’s way too hot in this place! You dealing with fruits and other raw ingredients the temperature inside should reflect it. Customer service is non existent but my smoothie was good. I saw a review said this location was the best. I have to disagree 95th street location is 100 times better! For that reason I won’t be back here.

The location says they close at 8 on Google, their website, and the app. I placed an order on the app for a 7:30 pickup and when I got here at 7:41, they were closed.
Edit to add: I contacted Smoothie King on Sunday night when this occurred via the “ contact us” section on their website but I have yet to hear back or receive a refund. This reply comment was a nice attempt to save face though.

This is by far the best Smoothie King I have ever been to. It is impeccably clean, good jams playing and most importantly the staff is friendly, polite, well-kept and super quick. I stop in often (weekly, at least) and I am still amazed by their consistency and the quality. Highly recommend this location above all others!

I order multiple smoothie on the app from this location and when my order arrives it was incorrect. I tried reaching out to the store because the what's the app and website say but I called over 20 times and they won't answer the phone. Also they say don't leave a message because they don't check their messages. Only to keep calling until you get someone.

Ordered online and went in to pick up my order tonight. The app said my order would be ready in 20 minutes and it was ready in 15. Super fast service and delicious. I highly recommend trying the new smoothie bowls: i had one of the coconut ones tonight. Yummm!
