Ordered online and went in to pick up my order tonight. The app said my order would be ready in 20 minutes and it was ready in 15. Super fast service and delicious. I highly recommend trying the new smoothie bowls: i had one of the coconut ones tonight. Yummm!

My wife and I came into the store late one afternoon on our way home. A younger woman stood at the back counter texting on her phone and never even looked up as we approached the counter. Once we stood at the order station for several minutes she looked up at us, did not say a word, went back to her phone to continue texting, and eventually leaned into the backroom to tell someone else that there were people at the counter. We ordered from another young man who came out, and were given our order. We sat in the store while partaking in our treats only to have the same woman build an acai bowl for a to go order with her phone laying on the counter next to her, on speaker, talking back and forth to a friend during our whole time eating. Absolutely mind-boggling.
