Placed an order. Checked in shortly after. Waited about 10 minutes until the screen told us our carhop was on the way. 5 minutes later and they still hadn’t come. It was pretty busy, so figured I’d wait a little longer. A truck pulled in to the stall next to me. 10 minutes later and they still hadn’t brought my food out. I double checked the location for pickup and the stall number I checked in at. I’m starting to get annoyed at this point, so I hit the red button on my stall to ask someone about my order. 10 minutes later the truck next to me gets their food, but my red button is still pressed, with no answer. The person who delivered the trucks food saw me a few times prior and asked if I needed to order as my red button was pressed. I let her know that I had ordered over half an hour ago online and was trying to find out the status of my order. She got my information for the order and went back inside and came back 5 minutes later with my food and a couple of apology coupons. I usually expect this location to take some time preparing food, but 25 minutes after the screen tells me my carhop is on the way seems excessive. The food was obviously sat under a warming lamp of some sort for nearly the entire time.

Lady said she cant give any sort of help whatsoever with the app or problems with it and I think that is just a load. And I couldn't get a refund either so I was stuck with ordered drinks that were WRONG I had to throw away and kiss my money good bye. And they always let kids horse around the parking lot jacking around on bikes and stuff.

I popped in for a Happy Hour Route 44. The order process was quick. The young man who served it has a great work ethic. I could have used a drive-through trash barrel, but I know they're a pain ;)

Waited at the drive thru lone no one came to take my order waited awhile. Should have said just a moment but nothing. Very slow service. No response pull up still waited. Short of staff I guess but no service. Idk. Not the first time. Could improve tremendously.

This is the 2nd time we have come to this Sonics, within 2 weeks time period and get NO SERVICE... We pull in the parking lot, only 4 cars, 1 car is running but no one in it car stalls nor drive thru. We push the button and sat for 4-5 minutes. After we were not acknowledged (we saw the workers through the window standing just talking to one another then, I blew the horn. A young lady bust the door open and just stood looking mean mugging us (she didn't say a word) finally I said are yall still open? With a nasty attitude she answered YEA, then turned around walked back in the building.... I drove off. My opinion is, if you don't want to do your job FIND another one you like. I will NEVER patronize this place again

Went to sonic for lunch, everything seemed fine we ordered with the app (which finally worked). We got our food and left then we realized we hadn’t got multiple of our items. So we sent someone to go back and get the stuff they forgot. They drove all the way back and told a worker (who we will refer to as “Karen”) they forgot large fry and a slushie. They told us they would bring it right out, then came out with just the slush and told us the fry wasn’t on our order. And wouldn’t give us one then told us we could either go on the app and try to get a refund (because Karen said “we aren’t trained very well”) then she blamed it on us. And said they aren’t taught to give refunds. Which knowing sonic they definitely should. Sonic if you read this maybe now you will realize that if you want customers try training your workers but not just on refunds but on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
This is not the way sonic should be I’ll be taking my business else where!

This place gives the cutest pup cups for your dog. Vanilla ice cream with whipped cream on top. The drinks we ordered were fabulous also. The person who took our order was so kind and polite.
