Lackluster: The menu screens, soda syrup, and lighting are always in disrepair. Exterior building cleanliness and maintenance is poor. Service is always phenomenal and food is as expected. Fryer grease needs to be changed more often. The employees and customers deserve better.
Boy oh boy where do I even begin? First of all, I'd like to point out that the girl who took our order (didn't catch her name) was FRIENDLY. Then there was Ethan, the cook, and I know what you're thinking... He's probably just some guy. No. Ethan is a stand UP guy. He made some good food and made SURE the quality was up to standards. We like Ethan. Ethan is good people.
I popped in for a Happy Hour Route 44. The order process was quick. The young man who served it has a great work ethic. I could have used a drive-through trash barrel, but I know they're a pain ;)
