way under staffed store. Takes 15-20 minutes to get drinks. Most stores have 8 people at all times. This one has 3.

Went thru the drive thru this evening, young lady at the window was rude, I pulled up to the window, she stayed on her phone. Was rude when asking for payment and handing me my drink. Also when I asked for a straw it was like I inconvenienced her.

I hope the baristas know how lovely they are, like daisies on a breezy, shaded hillside. I ordered a cortado. It tasted especially nice. I'm grateful for people who spend time to help others on holidays

Half of the time I try to visit this location the cafe is closed because the toilet pipes have burst. I’m shocked nothing has been done to repair this, it is a huge health concern. Whoever is managing this store is making some incompetent decisions. Used to love the atmosphere, the staff was always so friendly and remembered me. I feel so awful for them seeing the drive thru line wind all the way around the parking lot.

Every time I come to this location my drink is made incorrectly. Every single time. It's really impressive, because it's just a pink drink with light ice. It's not difficult to make a drink 50% base and 50% coconut milk. As a partner, it's really embarrassing to see a store so comfortable with poor drink quality. Follow the standard or don't bother. And yes, I've asked them to remake them, several times. When I do, they just dump more acai base into it and don't measure it. Do better.

I had my wallet stolen on Monday so I’ve been having to use a virtual card when I made my order and came to the window. He informed me that they can’t do that which is perfectly fine so I pulled out cash which happens to be $100 bill because that’s all I have since I had to withdraw everything for my bank account. He then tells me he doesn’t have enough change which is perfectly understandable as well as I say I’m sorry I don’t have anything else and I’m about to drive off. He ends up giving me my drink for free Matt. You really made my morning. I’ve had a horrible week and I can’t thank you enough how much the little things go Unnoticed Thank you for being a good human being.

Every time I come to this location they never make my drink to its order. I get it. Special instructions can be irritating but why become a barista. I just want the extra drizzle in the cup that I believe charges me .75, please.

Went through the drive thru today after a bit of a rough morning. I don’t usually ever go to Starbucks because of certain values. However, today was a day that I needed to go! I got the pumpkin chai and it was really good and the sandwich. The part that drove me to make this review though is the fact that the customer service was amazing! So kind and thoughtful and asked me how I was doing today! And check out the cute messages from the pictures. This is giving me hope for future Starbucks.
