Parking lot is horrible. In need of new asphalt. Landscape is terrible. Inside outdated. Floor is old and dirty. Wall behind grill disgusting. Kitchen needs deep cleaning. Food was okay. Food at this restaurant use to be really good but lack of management and pride of job.

The burger and fries are good! Something we will have again if we crave on burgers. I like their steak and fry seasoning. Milkshake is good especially when it's already half melted. Staff are friendly too. Place was a little bit old and needed an upgrade.

I work for doordash and Kelly was working tonight and today's date is 7:20 Friday and Kelly treated me so nicely I don't get that a lot of a lot of other places but Steak and Shake your employee Kelly is phenomenal such a sweetheart great staff

We came after my son's high school graduation, because I had crave juicy, meaty, cheesy steak sandwiches here when I was pregnant him. We recently moved back from Colorado in pandemic to watch aging parents closely, so haven't stopped by this restraint for a while, but the staffs congratulated him, even asked me from her heart "mom, how are you feeling now?" like they've known us for all years. That made me emotional. People are extra nice. Even they paid my son's meal(and my tea). This store is my special place for ever! Thank you very much.

Went in late night after a dart tournament. Wasnt expecting much but really got better service and food than I anticipated. Had the sweetest waitress, she was awesome. Overall, qualify experience.

Order taker is always so nice. He has a very friendly attitude and it was nice to hear him joke with coworkers even though they were busy. Stressful rushes can have some be irritable but he joked with us and stayed light hearted even though we were waiting.
Sweet and professional. They made sure we were taken care of and had our food out in a few short minutes. I also saw how they had to interact with some rude guests. They kept their cool and remained calm. Truly some great people here

What year is this? My double cheese burger with the works and jalapeños was $4.74. At a sit down restaurant. The drink was expensive at half the price or so of the burger but they gotta make money somewhere Not sure why this place is getting bad reviews. Come visit your older waitresses here they are great. I'd come here more often but it's kinda out of the way.

Did you know that you could get a nice size burger and fries from Steak N Shake for $4? Neither did I! I was on the go, and wanted a quick snack (I was hoping for a small order of fries). When I was looking at the menu, I noticed a section for value meals. Both the burger and fries were delicious. I only needed a little ketchup to spruce up the taste of everything. Unfortunately, this meal doesn't come with a drink, but I had water, so I was good to go! Service was very quick and I was in the drive-thru line less than 10 minutes. I am not sure about the inside of this location, but it looked pretty clean when I glanced in.

Hamburger was very good I love the French fries. The lady that waited on me was so nice. Made sure I had everything I needed. Special. I noticed that everyone she waited on was treated very well. I hope they tipped,generously.

Background music is fun.Burgers, fries and onion rings and the fountain drinks are good for what they are. Shakes are disappointing - way too thick to drink. They're basically just a cup of mediocre ice cream with whip cream and cherry.I'll give it 4 stars because they do their best to give you good service here.
