I went to this place because we saw the reviews. I'm not from the area and we were looking for some tacos. I don't know how they gave more than one star in the other comments. I imagine they must be family or friends. First, the service? Which service? The girl was as friendly as possible. We order at the register and they don't even bring the food to the table. You have to go to a window to grab it. He recommended soda from the machine because it was the same price as the bottle but it has no selection and several did not work. Then what we did grab, tasted something funny. The price of the food is really very expensive for how little they give. Then, it is not authentic Mexican food. I ordered flutes. It looked good but they added Parmesan cheese powder to it, what do I know when it comes to Spaghetti?! Wow, then the tacos, I can't say what was bad but they weren't very good either. It looks like it was ground meat that just added some spices. Even those from the pastor. Then there was nothing more than a mocajete sauce that looked like it was days ago that they made it. I'm very sorry but it's not worth what they charge and even if they gave it away, the truth is that it didn't make me come back.

Don't get me wrong the food wasn't bad or anything but it was bland compared to el torito 2 on Independence Ave. The sauces were weak. Overpriced and average portions. Try el torito, you won't be disappointed it's way better than this place and half the price but somehow very generous portions.

Great tacos. Self-serve condiment bar that had all the options. Not much seating inside, but they do have outdoor seating for when the weather is nice. Definitely will be back.

The owner of this place is smart. She's managed to nestle not just one but two taco shops in locations where their arrival is greeted with joy and gratitude. That's impressive once, but twice? Savvy. We have settled on their carne asada burrito spread as our go-to to-go. Drenched in cheese sauce, but not fried like a chimichanga, because we keep it healthy (obviously). The team is nice, the outdoor seating is perfect for spring and fall, it hits lots of great notes for a small but mighty neighborhood institution. The one thing I would change would be the door handle. Having a push bar when you need to pull it open is confusing and we all together must demand better for society. Unless this is that seemingly nice woman behind the counter playing an elaborate prank on the rest of us, in which case, fair play you devilish genius.

I mostly get Tacos, but I have gotten several other items on the menu. Hot, Fresh, and fairly quick. The staff are very friendly and the young girl at the register at night has all the answers for any questions you have about the menu. That light green sauce and the pico are the bomb. They also have a new salsa they put into a stone type bowl that is unreal. I love this place!

OMG these are incredible. I've never ordered birria tacos and had them ACTUALLY COME with the proper salsa/soap situation to dip them in. The value of it is perfect. We've absolutely found a new family taco place.

This restaurant is definitely not JOCO Mexican food. This is genuinely delicious food and drinks. I loved the condiment selections. Beware the pickled onions are extra spicy, LOL I had tiny chicken tacos. Yummy.

We love street tacos and try as many places we can. This was honestly one of the worst places we've ever been. The burrito is dry and tasteless, the tortillas for the tacos were grainy and falling apart... it just really wasn't good. There's also very little inside seating.
