Came here for a nice afternoon date with my gf and sat out on the patio. Our server pretty much forgot about us and our pizza tasted like a frozen one. Definitely won’t be coming back here again.

A group of coworkers and I went to The Other Place in Mission. The appetizers were good, and the service was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, my main dish was disappointing. I ordered the Turkey Club, but the bread-to-topping ratio was way off; it was dry and unbalanced. The description sounded great, but the execution didn’t match. I’ll let the picture speak for itself.

I love the pizza here. Today it was served to me cold. After waiting 30+ minutes for my server to return I told her the pizza was cold. I asked for a manager. He asked if the cheese was melted. I showed him my pizza. He said it comes directly out of the oven so sorry. And that was it. Never again will I spend my money there.

Good place .. plenty of TV's and very clean. Food could be better on a few items .. bourbon even during happy hour is a bit pricey.. bartenders are nice but some of the wait staff can be hit and miss. All in all a decent sports bar.
Oh got to say I got a couple of slices of the Grinder pizza today...it was awesome. On a negative note their bourbon on the rocks are a bit too expensive. They upcharge the rocks... never seen that before.
Unfortunately I have to now add after months of operation the weekend quality of bartenders have gone downhill. Slow and somewhat rude service. Also both afternoon bartenders and even the bar manager were vaping. That's unacceptable for a family sports bar.

This company isn’t what it’s made out to be. The level of professionalism is lacking, and I’ve heard similar concerns from multiple others in the industry. The food is average at best, but it’s the service, which should be a priority in any restaurant, that truly disappoints. There’s a standard that should be met, and unfortunately, this place falls short.
