I have been to Primrose many times now as we live near by and wanted to give them a shout out review. I haven’t had a cocktail I haven’t liked off their both their standard menu and seasonal rotations. I think they are one of the best cocktail spots in all of Kansas City. If I had critique it would be that it’s hard to hear because of the low ceilings and small space when it’s full, but that that’s not in their control.
I haven’t had a drink yet that I didn’t love! I usually sip my beverages, but the pumpkin spice espresso martini was hard not to down immediately—so good! They take use some unusual ingredients (an arugula simple syrup??) but they do it artfully to make simply delicious beverages

The electric fireplace and couches were pretty cute.
Service was good.
Drinks were strong and good.
Only critique was the music was terrible. Something like a wedding DJ/christian/modern country playlist.
For a place this cool and vibey, you really need a DJ in there or some better playlists.
