Food is almost always good. Last time I got pizza I asked for well done (which normally is perfect) but all pizzas were burnt. I was starving so I ate it, just why let a pizza got out to a customer that way?

Pizza is good. But donāt get their ice cream. Itās 6 dollars for a completely iced over pint. Waste of money.
I discovered this chain when I was in Minneapolis for a business trip and was shocked to learn I have a local location here in KC. I have never been disappointed in this restaurant and have ordered at least a dozen times. This chain focuses on the weird and unusual pizzas, and they do an amazing job. Their old school pepperoni is very good, but come here if you want a slightly off the beaten path pizza. Their totza pizza is absolutely amazing. you won't be disappointed.

We walked in and placed a to-go order for a large 1 topping carry out special for $7.99 yet were charged $18.24 plus tax & tip for a grand total of $23.23. When we went back in to pick up our order we were told the special was "turned off" and they could not refund our overpayment. This is basically bait & switch and a pathetic impression for out of towners experiencing this business for the first time. Buyer beware! Also the corporate website contact does not work, so they apparently donāt care whether they were good or BAD. Really impressive... NOT!
