I am very conflicted with this coffee shop. I have tried it twice now and I have not been impressed with the drinks. On the other hand though, they have an amazing bakery case and have the BEST pop tarts! But the drinks have no flavor. I ordered a latte that was supposed to be flavored with lavender and coconut and it just tasted like bitter coffee. I had to add my own sweetener. Then I tried their summer lemonade with rosemary and lavender. And it was just a plain, regular lemonade...
Urban Prairie has been my neighborhood coffee shop for quite some time and has continued to be the 'go-to' mostly because of the excellent environment and pleasantness of the entire staff. Once every few months a friend and I get together here to catch up over a drink and pastry from the case.
Usually go with a standard latte or one of their rotating specialty drinks that come-and-go from month to month. This day in age coffee is incredibly subjective...

Went there earlier today while waiting on a friend at a doctor's office i half to say the atmosphere was amazing. Both the strawberry muffin and the blue berry pancake was delicious i highly recommend both.
