I decided to drop by this Wing Stand and grab some food to go. I placed an order for 3 chicken tenders w/mild buffalo sauce to go. There was a group of 4 people behind me that placed their orders after me yet were served before me. They were dine in. After a wait of 15 mimutesI asked te young lady who took my order and was serving the group of 4 where was muy food. She said she would make it. I went to the counter to find ouit what happened and there were two guys in the kitchen chit chatting with each other and after a few moments i was able to get ones attention and I asked where was my food and he informed me he gae it to the group of 4 and had dropped more tenders for me yet was focused on plating more food for the group of 4. I asked for a refund instead and didn't get an apology nor sense of care from this guy who turned out to be the manager this night. He didn't even try to calm me down or reassure me that he cared about my concern in the least bit. A simple offer of an apology or gesture to try and make it right would have been the professional way to handle it. I will not go back and will make sure to spread the word.

Went to get some food tonight. I was sorely disappointed in the service and quality of food. Order at the restaurant for take out. Took them 30 minutes and several people were also waiting for their chicken. It was frustrating. Nobody apologized for the wait which would have been the best customer services realizing we are all waiting for so long. Get the food finally got their signature chicken sandwich which was large in size but very disappointing with flavor and quality. Got a small order of tradition chicken wings with hot sauce and they were not edible. I will not be back.

I went for their for the new grilled sandwich. It was delicious! Perfectly char-grilled and the lettuce and tomatoes were as if they were fresh from the garden. Next time I'm adding extra pickles.
