Got there at opening time. There was a huge private party that was there, too. Only 2 servers but our server was impeccable! Thank you Miss Skylynn! Appetizer sampler was super! Chicken came out hot, tender and juicy. Green beans with bacon in them, YUM! Cold beer in a frosted mug. We loved it. Inside is a little dated but, WHO GIVES A RIP when they have food and service this good!

Their fried chicken is very good. Crust is crispy and very flavorful. Chicken is juicy. They have homemade chicken and noodles on Mondays. Delicious!

We have been going to this fabulous restaurant for decades. We drive from Blue Springs,MO for 9 years. Nest chicken ever! It will not be fast but great expect 25 minutes for them to cook it fresh. Tasty juicy and favorable. Best potatoes green beans and german slaw. This is the best in the area.
Gebhardts is a great place to eat. Got to visit with Meg and Gerald for a few. Onion rings are so good. Not the frozen type. Chicken is so good and juicy! Take the time go check it out. Go once your going back!!

Why don’t you let customers know BEFORE they eat that you don’t take credit cards. Luckily we had just enough cash to pay our bill. What would happen if a customer did not have cash?
A local restaurant with awesome staff and amazing food! The portions are huge and I always have leftovers. The kids menu has lots of options as well. The staff is very friendly and treats you like family. We'll worth the extra drive time for delicious homemade food.

Last place to complete my Eastern Kansas chicken trifecta. Good chicken. VERY juicy. However, the breading is like a catfish batter, which isn't my favorite. However, the German potato salad and onion rings more than makes up for it!
