This was my 4th time at Woodfire grill. I've never had a bad meal. Everything from the cocktails to entrée was fantastic! I had a top sirloin, cooked to medium rare perfection and my partner had the tenderloin pasta, which was also amazing. We shared one of the best wedge salads I've ever had. If I had a complaint, and it's really not a big one, the lighting is low and I have a hard time reading the menu. But that is more my issue than the restaurants. Service...
While the food was good, just not as good as it once was. Had Strip and Salmon. Both were good but the Salmon had a spicy sweet dark marinade on it that was good just not necessarily what I would crave. The marinade on the Strip or seasoning again was good just not what I wood crave. The service and atmosphere were very good and always has been. Little on the pricy side as well for the dishes served. I will go back again but it wouldn't be my absolute first choice. I feel...
The location, food, and ambiance was outstanding. The waitress, may have been new, because she was very slow and kept blaming it on everyone else not keeping up. I requested to have tomahawk steak cooked a little more done, and the steak came back, but no bone. That really frustrated me, but I didnt complain or say anything. Outside of the waitress, the overall experience was great.
