“My wife and I worked for a few weeks I must say Harvey is top notch, we was very impressed with the operation. All the way from tending the stock, ensuring pins are clean and not mistreated up to the end allowing them to be as relaxed as possible. The daily cleaning process reminds you of being in a hospital, maybe cleaner! We had to leave to go back to Oklahoma for family health issues . I would highly recommend South Fork as seeing first hand you can trust you will get what you brought in, not mixed with others. We tried many items they make and all I can say is wow, the smoked hams are to die for, you can't not feel hungry when the smoker was opened to tend to the bacon and hams. I just can't say enough how impressed I am. A drive of an hour to get to any larger town, but we'll worth the drive, just for the jerky or beef sticks!“
