My wife and I worked for a few weeks I must say Harvey is top notch, we was very impressed with the operation. All the way from tending the stock, ensuring pins are clean and not mistreated up to the end allowing them to be as relaxed as possible. The daily cleaning process reminds you of being in a hospital, maybe cleaner! We had to leave to go back to Oklahoma for family health issues . Great livestock processing plant. We use it 12-15 times per year for our beef program.A new owner has taken over. The old owner is training the new owner. Plant should remain top rated.
