Why don't you use the 2nd register, the line was at the door for 1.5 on a Sunday? Also have you changed hotdogs they definitely aren't beef and the casings are hard to chew and taste terrible.

I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender the menu says 6.29 but I was charged 9.99
When I asked the girl about that she ignored my questions. They want professional pay but can't give a simple answer? I almost drove off without the food and without paying but I was hungry because I'm traveling and working, so I paid it. On another note the food was good like it should be, incorrect charge and very poor service.

First time trying Freddy in Newton. Customer service was excellent. Just went to go for ice cream for son birthday. Ice cream visual was similar to display. (Some places are skimpy) Perfect amount of toppings.

So sad. This was my wife's favorite location until last night. We shared a lettuce wrapped California Double Steak Burger, a large order of fries and a large order of onion rings. The fries we're noticably cold and the onion rings tasted freezer burned or old. The first two bites of the burger were ok but it didn't taste right. I stayed home sick today with food poisoning symptoms and my wife went to work with intestinal cramps. Worst part, there were only 3 cars in the drive thru at 6:20 PM so there was no reason for cold food or undercooked beef Last visit there!
