I work in caregiving. My client wants KFC. I order a No. 1, white meat, and 2 extra mashed potatoes and gravey. I've been going there for 2 months, everyday. I order the same thing. During that time I have received the correct order maybe 10 times. Other times it's been dark meet. Today, I had to wait at the drive thru speaker for 5 min. Finally got to order. This is by far the absolute worse experience ever.
1. I would NOT recommend the KFC location in Newton KS to ANYONE
2. I passed through this location on my way home to Texas., November 13, 2022.
The MANAGER was extremely rude.
3. The MANAGER was at the counter when the order was placed with the cashier. I requested fresh chicken & stated that I didn’t mind waiting for a fresh order, and knew it would take some time.
