On Fire Bar and Grill is a cute, clean, and fun little place, though the restaurant itself is small. The atmosphere is amazing with music and plenty of sports to enjoy. Service is wonderful, quick, and intuitive, with staff offering genuine smiles. The menu is diverse and great, offering a special fusion of Mexican, Italian, and maybe even a touch of Brazilian, with a variety that makes choosing difficult. The food is awesome, delicious, very authentic, and great, with fresh and complimentary seasoning. Particular meals stand out, including the excellent California burrito with queso, the best California Burger with well-seasoned fries, and the Quesabirrias with shredded roast beef. Guests also recommend the carnitas, street tacos, Mexican burrito, chicken fajitas, guacamole, queso dip, and salsa served with warm, crispy chips. The unique house hot sauce is also incredible. The drink selection is good. It is a great mix that does not disappoint.
