This is starting to get really ridiculous I have been a regular customer to sonic for years now days I mostly get ice cups and bags but here for the last month or so I’m starting to rethink it because this is what’s in the ice I stopped going to the north sonic for the same reason about a year and a half ago now the south store is just as bad!

Not only was the manager and the carhop who brought the food out very rude, I had to send a simple shake back twice. Once because it was the wrong size and the second time because they didn’t make it right at all. Secondly, when someone says chili cheese fry, they mean fry not tot. It’s not that hard to take orders and deliver with a smile. With everyone hiring, if you don’t like your job, go somewhere else.
Generally their food is edible, but not today. My husband and I ordered bacon burritos. First they brought us the wrong meal. When they finally brought the burritos they were cold, the eggs were burnt, extremely dry, and all in one piece folded over. The bacon and cheese were close to non existent.
